【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 (論文 ) 作 者 : 林天德 學(xué) 號 : 0904150123 院 系: 化學(xué)工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 生物工程 題 目: 印染廢水深度處理與回用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究 指導(dǎo)者: 賈艷萍 副教授 評閱者: 2020 年 6 月 吉 林 摘 要 I 摘 要 近年來,隨著印染工業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,日常生活中各種染料的不斷使用,使含有復(fù)雜成分的印染廢水排放到環(huán)境中,造成嚴(yán)重的污染。印染廢水已經(jīng)成為我國水域的重點(diǎn)污染源。 本課題以剛果紅、溴酚藍(lán)作為模擬印染廢水,分別用粉煤灰和殼聚糖 以及不同 pH下改性后的粉煤灰對模擬印染廢水進(jìn)行處理,其中用鹽酸改性的粉煤灰處理時最適 pH為 6,本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用傳統(tǒng)脫氮反應(yīng),各處理過程均在序批式 生物反應(yīng)器 (SBR)中 完成。在實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中對模擬印染廢 水的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了測定, 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明 ,處理效果最佳時, NH4+N濃度為 ,去除率最高可達(dá) 80%;總氮去除率可達(dá) 50%, DO值在 ~ , COD濃度可達(dá) 79mg/L。 關(guān)鍵詞: 印染 廢水 ; SBR; 殼聚糖;粉煤灰 Abstract II Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of printing and dyeing industry, the growing use of various dyes, in everyday life that contain plex elements of printing and dyeing wastewater discharge into the environment, cause serious pollution. Printing and dyeing wastewater has bee a key pollution sources of waters in our country. This topic with Congo red, bromophenol blue as simulated printing and dyeing wastewater, respectively with fly ash under different pH and chitosan and modified fly ash was carried out on the simulated printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, including hydrochloric acid modified fly ash processing when the optimal pH of 6, this experiment adopts the conventional denitrification reaction, all the process in a sequencing batch type bioreactor (SBR). During the experiment to simulate the indicators of printing and dyeing wastewater were determined, and the experimental results show that the best treatment effect, NH4+N concentration is mg/L, the removal rate up to 80%。 Total nitrogen removal rate can reach 50%, the DO value between ~, COD concentration of 79 mg/L.
