I 某塑料制品廠總配變電所的設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 某塑料制品廠車間變電所和配電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)是對工廠供電具有針對性的設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)對工廠供電方式、主要設(shè)備的選擇、保護(hù)裝置的配置及防雷接地系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了 相應(yīng) 的敘述,內(nèi)容主要包括高壓側(cè)和低壓側(cè)的短路計(jì)算,設(shè)備選擇及校驗(yàn),主要設(shè)備繼電保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì),配電裝置設(shè)計(jì),防雷和接地設(shè)計(jì)等。 本設(shè)計(jì)考慮了所有用電設(shè)備并對這些負(fù)荷進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。通過計(jì)算出的有功、無功和視在功率選擇變壓器的大小和相應(yīng)主要設(shè)備的技術(shù)參數(shù),再根據(jù)用戶對功率因數(shù)的要求,計(jì)算電容器補(bǔ)償裝置的容量,從而得出所需電容器的大小 。 根據(jù)與供電部門的協(xié)議,決定總配變電所及配電系統(tǒng)的主接線圖。電氣主接線對電氣設(shè)備的選擇,配電所的布置,運(yùn)行的可靠性和靈活性,操作和檢修的安全以及今后的擴(kuò)建,對電力工程建設(shè)和運(yùn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)節(jié)約等,都由很大的影響。 本設(shè)計(jì)在主要設(shè)備的繼電保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)和整定計(jì)算中,對電力變壓器、真空斷路器等主要設(shè)備的保護(hù)配置提出了要求,明確了保護(hù)定值計(jì)算方法。 關(guān)鍵詞: 變電所;配電系統(tǒng);負(fù)荷和短路計(jì)算;設(shè)備選型;繼電保護(hù)。 II A Design of a Chief Distribution Substation of a Plastic Products Factory Abstract A plastic products factory workshop substation and electrical system design of the factory is the design of power supply has targeted.
