Each of its part is explained in this paper, including temperature signal collecting and data processing system. The simulation result showed the designed system was good in its realtime, reliability and running cost. Therefore, the designed state monitoring system for temperature and fault diagnosis of power transformer can be widely used in engineering and is expected to bring a bright future.
