第 1 頁 摘要: 本文主要講述的是簡易半自動三軸鉆床工作臺傳動裝置的設計工作。首先,要擬定總的傳動方案。本文選擇的傳動裝置是蝸桿 齒輪減速器。然后是電動機的選擇、工作機的選擇、傳動件的設計與強度校核、軸承、聯(lián)軸器以及鍵的設計與強度校核、各種傳動和軸承的潤滑。本文的減速器是要根據(jù)參數(shù)要求、工作環(huán)境和成本來綜合確定的。最后,本文還運用了 Auto CAD 軟件對減速器進行了平面設計。 本次畢業(yè)設計運用了機械設計、機械原理和機械制圖等等機械知識。從中我學會了將理論知識結合生產(chǎn)實際解決問題,學會了查閱資料和圖 表,學會了數(shù)據(jù)的處理和各種工具的運用。 關鍵詞: 機械傳動裝置;減速器;工作臺 The Design of Worktable Transmission Device for Simple Semiautomatic Triaxial Drilling Machine Director: Teaching Assistant) Abstract: This article mainly tells the simple semiautomatic three axis of drilling machine workbench transmission device design work.
