【正文】 第 1 頁(yè) 摘要： 本文主要講述的是簡(jiǎn)易半自動(dòng)三軸鉆床工作臺(tái)傳動(dòng)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)工作。首先，要擬定總的傳動(dòng)方案。本文選擇的傳動(dòng)裝置是蝸桿 齒輪減速器。然后是電動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇、工作機(jī)的選擇、傳動(dòng)件的設(shè)計(jì)與強(qiáng)度校核、軸承、聯(lián)軸器以及鍵的設(shè)計(jì)與強(qiáng)度校核、各種傳動(dòng)和軸承的潤(rùn)滑。本文的減速器是要根據(jù)參數(shù)要求、工作環(huán)境和成本來(lái)綜合確定的。最后，本文還運(yùn)用了 Auto CAD 軟件對(duì)減速器進(jìn)行了平面設(shè)計(jì)。 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用了機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)械原理和機(jī)械制圖等等機(jī)械知識(shí)。從中我學(xué)會(huì)了將理論知識(shí)結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際解決問(wèn)題，學(xué)會(huì)了查閱資料和圖 表，學(xué)會(huì)了數(shù)據(jù)的處理和各種工具的運(yùn)用。 關(guān)鍵詞： 機(jī)械傳動(dòng)裝置；減速器；工作臺(tái) The Design of Worktable Transmission Device for Simple Semiautomatic Triaxial Drilling Machine Director: Teaching Assistant） Abstract: This article mainly tells the simple semiautomatic three axis of drilling machine workbench transmission device design work.
