內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué) 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 題 目:天津原料條件下 3000m3高爐本體設(shè)計(jì)及渣鐵處理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號(hào): 專 業(yè): 班 級(jí): 指導(dǎo)教師:內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 I 摘要 高爐噴煤是 20 世紀(jì) 60 年代開始大規(guī)模應(yīng)用于鋼鐵工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的煉鐵新技術(shù)。隨著石油危機(jī)、環(huán)保和煉焦煤資源日益短缺等問題,高爐噴煤已不僅是高爐調(diào)劑的一項(xiàng)重要手段,同時(shí)還是彌補(bǔ)焦炭不足的主要措施。而且高爐噴煤是降低煉鐵生產(chǎn)成本的有效途徑。本設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合包鋼地區(qū)原料條件下和對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)高爐噴吹工藝的學(xué)習(xí)。采用并罐直接噴吹形 式的噴煤方式設(shè)計(jì)的2200m3 高爐噴煤系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)包括高爐噴煤儲(chǔ)運(yùn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、高爐噴煤制粉系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、高爐噴煤噴吹系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、高爐噴煤安全設(shè)計(jì)。從而以價(jià)格低廉的煤粉部分替代價(jià)格昂貴而日趨貶值的冶金焦炭,使高爐煉鐵焦比降低,生鐵成分下降。增加效益。 關(guān)鍵詞 :高爐 噴煤 ; 高爐;噴煤技術(shù); 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 II Abstract The blast furnace coal is the 1960 s large scale application steel industry production of new ironmaking technique. System of blast furnace design including coal storage system design,blast furnace coal pulverizing system design, blast furnace pulverized coal injection system design, blast furnace safety design of coal. And the low price of coal powder partly replace expensive and more lack of metallurgical coke, make the blast furnace ironmaking coke rate reduce, pig iron cost down. Increase benefits.
