編號: 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 摘 要 隨著建筑業(yè)管理體制改革的深化,工程項(xiàng)目施工管理越來越受到人們的重視,其管理水平的高低成為制約企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的第一要素, 施工組織設(shè)計 管理 的 要點(diǎn),主要是從時間、空間、資源上對施工組織設(shè)計進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。 本施工組織設(shè)計針對 某 住宅小區(qū) 8樓 施工項(xiàng)目為實(shí)例,結(jié)合 目前施工組織存在的問題 ,在編制時,對工程質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、工期目標(biāo)、項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、施工進(jìn)度計劃、施工機(jī)械、周轉(zhuǎn)材料及設(shè)備、主要施工方法、安全文明施工、環(huán)境保護(hù)等諸多因素做了充分考慮,對項(xiàng)目的各分部分項(xiàng)工程施工方案進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計。 依據(jù) 工程設(shè)計文件,建筑結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖紙,工程地質(zhì)勘察報告等資料,并參考國家現(xiàn)行設(shè)計與施工規(guī)范、規(guī)程及標(biāo)準(zhǔn),現(xiàn)行建筑、安裝等勞動定額,公司內(nèi)部質(zhì)量體系管理文件及管理制度,在現(xiàn)場踏勘調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,編制了具體可行的施工組織設(shè)計方案。 使用橫道圖對進(jìn)度計劃進(jìn)行分析 優(yōu)化 ,并根據(jù)實(shí)際情況提出了具體的保證進(jìn)度計劃實(shí)施的措施 ,得出 優(yōu)化后工期為 335 天, 質(zhì)量和安全方面,制定了嚴(yán)格的技術(shù)、組織措施,針對施工項(xiàng)目中常見問題、重點(diǎn)問題進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃,建立相應(yīng)的管理組織機(jī)構(gòu),以保證質(zhì)量與安全計劃得以很好的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 施工組織設(shè)計 ; 方案定性比選 ; 進(jìn)度規(guī)劃 ; 質(zhì)量要求 Abstract With the deepening of the reform of construction industry, construction project management is important. The management level has bee the first factor in restricting the survival and development of enterprises. Quality, schedule, cost control is the most important for the management. The construction design is against West Campus Staff Residential 8 Building for the preparation of the floor. Combined with the actual situation , In the preparation, the quality of the project objectives, period goals, project management institutions, the construction schedule, construction machinery, equipment and material flow, the main method of construction, labor anizations, safe and civilized construction, environmental protection and many other factors made full consideration, the detailed design of the project to all parts of the project construction scheme. Using the basic theory of knowledge progress control, starting from the project management angle, the project to pletion and acceptance of the whole process of project planning design system from start to prepare, use the Gantt chart to analyze the schedule, And put forward specific assurance schedule implementation measures according to the actual situation。 Quality and safety, developed a strict technical, anizational measures, for the construction project of key problem, the planning, establishment of appropriate management anization, to ensure the quality and safety programs to be good. Starting from the construction of the overall situation, bined with the actual situation of project, use scientific management method, reasonable arrangement of resources, in order to achieve consumption, short construction period, high quality, low cost of the optimal effect.
