中文摘要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)課題來源于我們?nèi)粘I钪杏玫米疃嗟乃?,本文詳?xì)記錄水杯注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)過程。設(shè)計(jì)過程包括塑件材料、注塑機(jī)、分型面等的選擇、塑件結(jié)構(gòu)的分析,注塑模具澆注系統(tǒng)、注塑模具成型零件和模體、注塑模具側(cè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)、注塑模具頂桿脫模機(jī)構(gòu)、注塑模具溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)等的設(shè)計(jì)。綜合水杯塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),該模具設(shè)計(jì)采用了直接澆口、頂針脫模的形式。在粗步設(shè)計(jì)完注塑模具之后還要對(duì)注塑機(jī)各項(xiàng)參數(shù)進(jìn)行校核,其中包括注塑機(jī)的鎖模力、注射機(jī)的裝模厚度、注射壓力、注射機(jī)最大開模行程等內(nèi)容,校核的目的是保證讓注射機(jī)可以配合 模具順利地工作。本次設(shè)計(jì)中讓我可以綜合應(yīng)用到以前學(xué)習(xí)到的專業(yè)知識(shí),加深我對(duì)注射模具設(shè)計(jì)原理的理解,設(shè)計(jì)中除了應(yīng)用傳統(tǒng)的計(jì)算方法,我還多次使用 AuToCAD、 soliworks 等軟件,簡(jiǎn)化了設(shè)計(jì)過程,提高了設(shè)計(jì)精度和效率。 關(guān)鍵詞: 注塑水杯;澆口;收縮率;脫模 Abstract The graduation design topic originates from the cup is most monly used in everyday life. The design process of this paper records cup injection mold in detail. The design process includes plastic material selection , plastic parts structure analysis, injection molding machine selection , die joint selection , injection mold for plastics injection system design, plastic injection molding parts and die design , plastic injection mold side core pulling mechanism design, plastic injection mold ejection mechanism design , plastic injection mold temperature control system design , etc. Comprehensive cup plastic structure parts, the design of the mold adopt the form of direct gate and demolding thimble. After designing a mold , all parameters of injection molding section is contents of checking includes the clamping force of injection molding machines, injection molding machine mold thickness, injection pressure, the maximum opening stroke etc .The purpose of checking is in order to ensure that the injection machine can be matched with the mold to work .This design makes me prehensive application I39。ve learned knowledge ,to deepen my understanding of the principles of the design of injection mold .In the design ,I am not only use the traditional calculation method of application but use the software of AutoCAD and SolidWorks times ,which simplify the design process and improve the precision and efficiency of design.
