畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)說明書 I 40t 焊接滾輪架設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的高度發(fā)展和焊接技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,焊接作為一種金屬連接的工藝方法,在金屬結(jié)構(gòu)生產(chǎn)中已基本取代了鉚釘連接工藝。焊接產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的好壞不僅取決于焊接工藝質(zhì)量,與備料、裝配等工序也有密切聯(lián)系。因此,在整個(gè)焊接生產(chǎn)過程中,不論產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量要求和批量的大小,均應(yīng)考慮采用生產(chǎn)工藝裝備。其中,焊接滾輪架是借助于主動(dòng)輪與工件間的摩擦力帶動(dòng)筒形工件旋轉(zhuǎn)的焊接變位機(jī)械,其主要應(yīng)用于筒形工件的裝配與焊接。本文主要研究了以下內(nèi)容: 在已知筒形工件的重量與旋轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)速的前提下,考慮到傳動(dòng)過程中存在的摩 擦效率以及最終的輸出功率,確定電動(dòng)機(jī)型號(hào)。再以選定的轉(zhuǎn)速為基礎(chǔ),求出傳動(dòng)裝置的傳動(dòng)比,從而進(jìn)一步確定選用減速器的傳動(dòng)形式、數(shù)量等。再根據(jù)總體上對(duì)軸、軸承、聯(lián)軸器等的剛度、壽命要求、綜合位移要求等,確定其余零部件。 關(guān)鍵詞: 焊接;生產(chǎn)工藝質(zhì)量;焊接滾輪架;筒形工件 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)說明書 II Abstract With the high level of modern industrial development and the continuous advancement of welding technology, welding metal as a way to connect the technology in the production of metal structures has basically replaced the rivets connecting process. The quality of welding quality depends not only on the quality of welding technology, but also on the preparation and assembly processes are closely linked. Hence, throughout the welding process, regardless of the quality of the product requirements and batch size,we should consider the use of production technology and equipment. Among them, the wheel frame is welding driving wheel with the workpiece by means of friction between the cylindrical workpiece driven welding positioner rotating machinery, mainly used in the cylindrical workpiece and welding assembly. This paper studys the following: Cylindrical workpiece in a known weight and rotation speed under the premise of the process of taking into account the transmission efficiency of the existence of friction and, ultimately, the output power to determine the motor type. Then selected based on speed, calculated the transmission gear ratio, so as to further determine the selection of the drive reducer form, quantity, and so on. On the basis of the whole shaft, bearings, couplings, such as stiffness, longevity requirements, integrated displacement requirements, etc., we could determine the remaining ponents.
