【正文】 智能洗衣機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 洗衣機(jī)是現(xiàn)代家庭必備電器之一。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，人工智能技術(shù)逐漸應(yīng)用于家用電器中。人們對(duì)洗衣機(jī)的要求在不斷 地 提高，傳統(tǒng)的全自動(dòng)洗衣機(jī)已經(jīng)不能完全滿足人們的需求。智能洗衣機(jī)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 本設(shè)計(jì)為基于模糊控 制理論的微電腦程控式的智能洗衣機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)。應(yīng)用模糊控制可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)洗滌 過(guò)程中的水位和洗滌時(shí)間的合理控制。洗滌過(guò)程中，洗衣機(jī)能自動(dòng)檢測(cè)出 布 量和 布 質(zhì)，自動(dòng)地確定水位和洗滌時(shí)間，使衣物 能夠達(dá)到最佳的洗滌效果。 系統(tǒng)的硬件主要包括主控芯片，電源電路，驅(qū)動(dòng)電路，傳感器電路，顯示電路，鍵盤輸入電路等。由于本次設(shè)計(jì)采用了 功能強(qiáng)大的 AT89C52 單片機(jī)為主控制芯片，因此系統(tǒng)具有 控制能力強(qiáng)，硬件簡(jiǎn)單，工作可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 關(guān)鍵詞： AT89C52 單片機(jī)；智能洗衣機(jī)；模糊控制 智能洗衣機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) Abstract The washing machine is one of the essential electrical appliances of the modern family. With the development of science and technology， artificial intelligence technology is gradually applied in household the requirements for washing machine is constantly improving， the traditional automatic washing machine can not meet the needs of people. Intelligent washing machines came to being. This paper describes the system design of microputer programmed intelligent washing machines based on the fuzzy control theory. The application of fuzzy control can reasonably control the water level and washing time in washing process. In the process of washing， Intelligent washing machine can automatically detect the amount of cloth and the type of fabric， automatically make sure water level and washing time， make clothings reach the best cleaning effect. System hardware mainly includes the main control chip， the power supply circuit， drive circuit， sensor circuit， display circuit， the keyboard input circuit， etc. Because it equipped with the powerful single chip microputer named AT89C52， this washing machine has many advantages over its strong controlling ability， simple hardware structure and so on.
