遼寧工程技術(shù)大學(xué)應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)用紙 I 摘要 本設(shè)計(jì)主要研究了綜采工作面采煤機(jī)、液壓支架、刮板輸送機(jī)的選型設(shè)計(jì)。綜合機(jī)械化采煤是指完成落煤、裝煤、運(yùn)煤以及頂板支護(hù)等一系列機(jī)械化的總稱。本設(shè)計(jì)中所研究的煤層為采高 米的中厚煤層,是較為常見(jiàn)的,所以選型較為容易,采煤機(jī)型號(hào)的選擇主要根據(jù)煤層硬度、厚度、傾角等因素來(lái)選取,選型后還要計(jì)算采煤機(jī)的主要參數(shù),采高、截深、生產(chǎn)力、牽引速度、牽引力、截割速度、裝機(jī)功率。本設(shè)計(jì)中選用了 MG160/375W 采煤機(jī),本采煤機(jī)在我國(guó)使用較為普遍。在運(yùn)輸方面本設(shè)計(jì)選用了跟 MG160/375W配套 SGB764/320 型輸送機(jī),并對(duì)輸送機(jī)的輸送能力以及刮板鏈的強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)算。在頂板支護(hù)中根據(jù)頂板的穩(wěn)定性選用了支撐掩護(hù)式支架,架型需要根據(jù)采高、工作阻力等來(lái)確定,本設(shè)計(jì)中選用了 ZY— 6000/20/40 型,也是使用較為普遍的一種架型 。 關(guān)鍵詞:綜采工作面;選型設(shè)計(jì);采煤機(jī);刮板輸送機(jī);液壓支架 遼寧工程技術(shù)大學(xué)應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)用紙 II Abstract The design of shearer, scraper conveyor, hydraulic support design.
