This building including shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment, guest rooms, conference rooms, offices, a multifunctional building. Area of 9,997 ㎡ , building height of , building layers of a total of ten stories. First floor mainly for parking and air conditioning puter room located in the basement. Second floor mainly for shops and restaurants, is four to six main office area, is seven to ten main rooms. Under the floor, the functional requirements, the building needs to provide heat load in winter and summer with cooling load. To longterm interest as a starting point to achieve technology is a reliable, economical, energysaving environmental protection, easy management, functional adjustment flexibility and use of safe and reliable. After the feasibility of various options and water systems, design of this fancoil dedicated outdoor air systems。 water system uses a pump, dualcontrol system: to meet the demand for the entire building, energy saving in the process and in order to run, the design heat source using airsource heat pump module units.
