于是，我熬過了頭一天的工作。我們都熬過了。其他的實習(xí)生都是好人，你會喜歡他們，我是這么認為的。不知道，可能吧，至少我喜歡他們。我改主意了，我決定不賣房子，我要留著，我要找?guī)讉€室友，但那還是家，是嗎？【試著了解，試著接納，再換個角度，討厭的人其實不討厭，麻煩的事其實不麻煩?！康诙簩嵙?xí)醫(yī)生格蕾我的觀后感今年寒假，我觀看了美劇《實習(xí)醫(yī)生格蕾》，在大一的寒假里初步領(lǐng)略了實習(xí)醫(yī)生的生涯，對于醫(yī)生這個職業(yè)有了更加深入的了解，認識。從《實習(xí)醫(yī)生格蕾》之中，我看到了身為現(xiàn)代醫(yī)生應(yīng)有的素質(zhì)，堅定、為病人著想、能吃苦看了《實習(xí)醫(yī)生格蕾》，漸漸地對實習(xí)醫(yī)生的工作有點了解，但是我收獲最多的還是一份份感動。格蕾實習(xí)第一天的病人是個癲癇患者，她傲慢、無禮，格蕾也十分冷淡，當(dāng)她癲癇發(fā)作時，格蕾驚慌不已。從這里我們看到一個初入醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的新人面對緊急情況時的青澀，以及對無力挽救病人時的無奈。這一天我們也遲早要面對。我最欣賞的是醫(yī)生與病人及家屬之間的交流，無論是什么樣的病人，貧窮富貴，美麗丑陋，他們同樣擁有的是珍貴的生命和家屬真切的關(guān)心。作為一名醫(yī)生，我們決定著病人的生死，決定了病人的痛苦或快樂，決定了家屬的傷痛或安心。醫(yī)生與病人之間，可能相處時間很短暫，但是在這兩個角色中，卻常常會擦出感人的火花。我看到了，他們一個個實習(xí)醫(yī)生與病人之間的溝通，從被病人的排斥到被病人接受最后被病人信賴，這是一個多么美妙的過程。做為一個醫(yī)生，我們要把病人的健康放在首位，正如在第一季第二集中，梅蕾迪斯曾冒著葬送前途的危險來挽救一個新生兒的生命；也有人違反醫(yī)院的規(guī)定為沒有綠卡的華裔女子出院治療，這便是人道精神，這便是一個醫(yī)生應(yīng)該具有的素質(zhì)。Derek在治療一個從山上摔下的父親時出于對患者的考慮，為了防止病情進一步加重造成嚴重的后果，他賭上了自己的前途，在沒有確切CT
