方法,在此基礎上, 基于 DDS技術、 USB技術、藍牙技術 ,EDA技術、 LabVIEW技術設計了變壓器繞組變形測試儀。在掃頻信號的產生上,采用 DDS技術,掃頻信號頻率控制方便,精度高;在上位機和下位機的通訊中,采用 USB技術,實現電壓幅值 /頻率信號 數據 的高速傳輸;作為輔助通訊方式,采用藍牙技術實現上下位機數據的無線傳輸;采用 EDA技術及 PLL技術,實現高速采樣控制信號的產生;采用高速 ADC實現幅值電壓信號的高速 A/D轉換;采用 LabVIEW技術,實現變壓器幅頻特性的圖形化顯示。論文基于設計的硬件系統,編寫了上位機和下位機應用軟件,并且重點對動態(tài)鏈接庫的編寫、 FFT算法 這幾個 關鍵部分作了詳細說明。 論文完成的變壓器繞組變形儀圖形分析方便,易于升級和擴展,模擬實驗表明,能夠滿足設計要求。 關鍵詞 :變壓器;繞組變形;頻率響應; FFT; USB; LabVIEW 變壓器繞組變形檢測裝置研究與設計 II Abstract Power transformer is one of the important stability of the sa fe operation of power systems is transformer winding deformation means that the winding of the size or shape of irreversible changes under the electric power and the role of mechanical force. It includes axial and radial size changes. These reasons are a serious threat to the safe operation of the electric power you discover hidden dangers of accidents transformer early, it will to avoid accidents, the greatest degree of reduction of the detection of transformer winding deformation,has a very important significance. Researching in domestic and international basic theory of detecting transformer winding deformation and the detection method,then basing on the frequency response method researched and designed the transformer winding deformation apparatus. In the paper, firstly reaserched currently three basic testing methods about domestic and international power transformer winding deformation. It includes lowvoltage impulse method,shortcircuit impedance and frequency response method. Compared advantages and disadvantages and then choosing the frequency response method for detecting transformer this basis,based on DDS technology,USB technology,Bluetooth technology,EDA technology,LabVIEW technology designed transformer winding deformation the sweep signal generation,using DDS technology and sweep frequency control signal made the precision more high。In the munications,the use of USB technology,achieved voltage amplitude/high frequency signal data transmission in a high speed。As an auxiliary means of munication with Bluetooth technology for wireless transmission。Using EDA technology and PLL technology to achieve highspeed sampling control signal generation。Using LabVIEW technology, display amplitude and frequency characteristics of transformer in this paper,based on the design of the hardware system,programed application software,and described the dynamic link library,FFT algorithm,LabVIEW platform data processing in detail. The apparatus of transformer winding deformation has reasonable structure,is convenient to analyse by graphics and easy to upgrade and results show that meet the design requirements.
