You either take the lead or fall behind. take the lead(領(lǐng)先 ) 和 fall behind(落后 )是一組反義詞。 Practise 1. She was ing back either today or tomorrow. 她不是今天來就是明天來。 2. 不是你就是他對。 Either you or he is right. 3. 鮑勃正落后于所有的頂尖選手。 Bob is falling behind all the top players. 此句用的是 it is + adjective + toinfinitive結(jié)構(gòu)，意思是“做某事是 ……的”，其中 it是形式主語，無實(shí)際意義，真正的主語是后面的動詞不定式。 3. All of us know that it’s necessary to pay attention to every detail. 賓語從句 pay attention to注意 : to watch, listen to, or think about sth. or someone carefully or with interest Practise 回顧復(fù)習(xí)： Anyway, it’s good to see the amazing changes in the town. (八年級下冊 U1) 每天做運(yùn)動是有必要的。 It’s necessary to do exercise everyday. 你應(yīng)該注意安全指示。 You should pay attention to the safety instructions. 句中的 cannot(can’t) ... too ... 是常用表達(dá)，意思是“無論怎樣 …… 也不過分”，“越 (愈 )…… 越 (愈 )好”。 Practise 4.
