The cleaning of the bottle is not only increasing the working strength, but also reducing the working efficiency. Therefore, developing a cleaning machine for the bottles is extremely significant. This experimental flask cleaner’s design has been carried out on the analysis and summary to this kind of bottle’s cleaning method as well as the cleaning procedure. The design plan, the cleaning method, the cleaning procedure, and the overall layout has been determined considering not only convenient, but also practical .The overall design has pleted with SolidWork software. By analyzing the existing spaying nozzle, a helix slot cone spraying nozzle was designed, the spiral inclination angle of the nozzle was analyzed with Excel。 based on putation on pressure loss, the pump was selected。 the cleaning box and detergent box were designed according to the size and number of bottles. The machine’s washing effect is good, and it is easy to operate, meantime, it reduces the labor intensity.
