Prohibited by United Nations Security Council on any import of goods from, or payment to, a country, person or entity. 被聯(lián)合國(guó)安理會(huì)禁止出口到，或者支付給某國(guó)家，個(gè)人或經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)體。 ?
