Our goal is to produce only what the customers want, when they want it. ? 過(guò)量生產(chǎn)是一種最大的浪費(fèi)，它能夠?qū)е赂嗟睦速M(fèi)，諸如多余動(dòng)作，等待，運(yùn)輸，返修 。 ? Over production is the worst type of waste as it leads to further waste, such as motion, waiting, transportation, rework. 例如 / Examples: / Transportation ? 工藝過(guò)程中不必要的物料和人力移動(dòng) ? Unnecessary movement of parts or people between processes. ? 差勁的物流安排導(dǎo)致不必要的材料運(yùn)輸 ? Poor logistics layout that cause unnecessary transportation of materials. ? 能造成運(yùn)輸損壞或是產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題等 ? Can create handling damage and cause production rejects such as knockoff, dropped boards etc ? 例如 / Examples: / Over Processing ? 客戶不需求的工藝作業(yè)是一種浪費(fèi) ? Processing beyond what the customer requires is a waste. ? 可能是由于缺乏標(biāo)準(zhǔn) , 或不了解客戶的需求 , 或知識(shí)不知道規(guī)范 ? May be due to a lack of standards or lack of knowledge of customers requirements or simply do not know the specifications. ? 多余的工作程序不能增加附加值 , 因?yàn)榭蛻舨⒉淮蛩銥橹跺X ? Overprocessing does not add value as customer is not going to pay for it. ? 例如 / Example： ? 等待材料和機(jī)器操作時(shí)不做任何事 ? Doing nothing while waiting for materials or machine to plete a process. ? 機(jī)器和人力利用率低下 ? Under utilise machine or manpower ? 實(shí)質(zhì)浪費(fèi)時(shí)間會(huì)降低生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作 ? Essential waste time can be filled with productive activities ? 重新平衡生產(chǎn)線會(huì)減少等待時(shí)間 ?
