隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模和工作地域的范圍的擴(kuò)大，對(duì)快速、高效、互動(dòng)的辦公系統(tǒng)的尋求越來(lái)越大。網(wǎng)上辦公系統(tǒng)正適合了這種需求，伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，網(wǎng)上辦公系統(tǒng)適用的范圍和功能越來(lái)越強(qiáng)大。另外網(wǎng)上辦公系統(tǒng)還是企業(yè)信息自動(dòng)化的一部分，是實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)紙化辦公的主要途徑。 本系統(tǒng)由通用模塊和設(shè)置模塊 組成，通用模塊包含有：萬(wàn)年歷 —— 陰陽(yáng)歷日期、節(jié)日查詢，工作計(jì)劃 —— 按天編寫工作計(jì)劃與考核，通告欄 —— 向系統(tǒng)內(nèi)所有用戶發(fā)布通告，公文信息 —— 向選定對(duì)象發(fā)送公文（公文中可有附件），個(gè)人通訊資料 —— 記錄聯(lián)系對(duì)象的聯(lián)系資料，短消息 —— 用戶之間通過(guò)短消息進(jìn)行交流，資源共享 —— 實(shí)現(xiàn)資料的 Web 共享；設(shè)置模塊包含有：個(gè)人資料的修改 —— 個(gè)人信息的修改，用戶管理 —— 添、刪用戶及設(shè)置其權(quán)限，名稱管理 —— 部門、職務(wù)的名稱及通告的類型，上傳設(shè)置
