處,系瀾滄江中下游河段規(guī)劃八個梯級中的第二級。小灣水電站工程屬大(1)型一等工程,永久性主要水工建筑物為一級建筑物。工程以發(fā)電為主兼有防洪、灌溉、養(yǎng)殖和旅游等綜合利用效益,水庫具有不完全多年調(diào)節(jié)能力,系瀾滄江中下游河段的“龍頭水庫”。小灣水電站樞紐工程由混凝土雙曲拱壩、壩后水墊塘及二道壩、左岸泄洪
