Fire protection and fire resistance of steel structure improvement and application of technology for steel structure as the building ponents and more widely used in various types of modern architecture has a very important practical significance and application value.Key words: The advantages of steel structure fireproof measures of building fire protection method of fire retardant coatings for steel structure fireproof limit引 言我國的鋼結構建筑在二十一世紀四十年代小規(guī)模地應用于廠房、倉儲等工業(yè)建筑中，七十年代后期逐漸被建筑師采納，從而突破了傳統的磚木結構、混凝土結構等建筑模式。近年來，隨著國民經濟的快速發(fā)展對各種類型的建筑物的需求持續(xù)增長，以鋼構件作為承重結構的建筑不斷蓬勃涌現，尤其是在會場展館、體育場館、高層建筑、機場、高聳建筑等建筑物的建設中，鋼結構得到了廣泛應用。鋼結構工程因其具有跨度大、利用空間大、施工速度快、經濟且實用等特點被廣泛利用于企業(yè)廠房及跨度較大的建筑上。鋼結構工程質量直接影響著建筑結構及使用安全。為確保鋼結構工程施工質量，保障人民生命財產安全，作為工程管理者，特別是工程質量的主要管理者的監(jiān)理人員對鋼結構工程的施工質量的控制就顯得及其重要。由于材性好、可靠性高、工業(yè)化程度高、施工工期短、有效使用空間大、便于運輸和安裝、可拆卸和改造、建筑垃圾少、材料可重復應用等諸多有點而得到現代建筑師的高度青睞。而以鋼結構為主體的建筑是現代空間結構發(fā)展的主流，探討現代鋼結構建筑具有重要的意義和價值。但是由于鋼結構的耐火性差，所以發(fā)生火災時對建筑物造成的危害是嚴重的，因此對鋼結構建筑物進行防火安全設計是十分有必要的。 我國近20年來，鋼結構廣泛應用于土木工程的公共建筑中，比如北京的奧運場館、濱州的國際會展中心等，我國目前鋼材生產的新技術、新工藝、新產品日益增多，使建筑結構充滿現代化時代氣息，實際證明鋼結構建筑在我國更具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。第一章 鋼結構的應用及其特鋼結構點建筑鋼結構的優(yōu)點多多，相比較傳統的混凝土結構和砌體結構等，它性能穩(wěn)定，質量輕強度高，抗震性能好，施工時可以在廠房進行加工再到現場裝配，不僅裝配的完整度好精密度高，而且能夠大大的加快施工進度縮短工期。同時它還被稱為“綠色建筑”，基礎造
