Fire protection and fire resistance of steel structure improvement and application of technology for steel structure as the building ponents and more widely used in various types of modern architecture has a very important practical significance and application value.Key words: The advantages of steel structure fireproof measures of building fire protection method of fire retardant coatings for steel structure fireproof limit引 言我國(guó)的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑在二十一世紀(jì)四十年代小規(guī)模地應(yīng)用于廠(chǎng)房、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)等工業(yè)建筑中，七十年代后期逐漸被建筑師采納，從而突破了傳統(tǒng)的磚木結(jié)構(gòu)、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)等建筑模式。近年來(lái)，隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展對(duì)各種類(lèi)型的建筑物的需求持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)，以鋼構(gòu)件作為承重結(jié)構(gòu)的建筑不斷蓬勃涌現(xiàn)，尤其是在會(huì)場(chǎng)展館、體育場(chǎng)館、高層建筑、機(jī)場(chǎng)、高聳建筑等建筑物的建設(shè)中，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程因其具有跨度大、利用空間大、施工速度快、經(jīng)濟(jì)且實(shí)用等特點(diǎn)被廣泛利用于企業(yè)廠(chǎng)房及跨度較大的建筑上。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程質(zhì)量直接影響著建筑結(jié)構(gòu)及使用安全。為確保鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量，保障人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全，作為工程管理者，特別是工程質(zhì)量的主要管理者的監(jiān)理人員對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程的施工質(zhì)量的控制就顯得及其重要。由于材性好、可靠性高、工業(yè)化程度高、施工工期短、有效使用空間大、便于運(yùn)輸和安裝、可拆卸和改造、建筑垃圾少、材料可重復(fù)應(yīng)用等諸多有點(diǎn)而得到現(xiàn)代建筑師的高度青睞。而以鋼結(jié)構(gòu)為主體的建筑是現(xiàn)代空間結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的主流，探討現(xiàn)代鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑具有重要的意義和價(jià)值。但是由于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的耐火性差，所以發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí)對(duì)建筑物造成的危害是嚴(yán)重的，因此對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑物進(jìn)行防火安全設(shè)計(jì)是十分有必要的。 我國(guó)近20年來(lái)，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廣泛應(yīng)用于土木工程的公共建筑中，比如北京的奧運(yùn)場(chǎng)館、濱州的國(guó)際會(huì)展中心等，我國(guó)目前鋼材生產(chǎn)的新技術(shù)、新工藝、新產(chǎn)品日益增多，使建筑結(jié)構(gòu)充滿(mǎn)現(xiàn)代化時(shí)代氣息，實(shí)際證明鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑在我國(guó)更具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。第一章 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用及其特鋼結(jié)構(gòu)點(diǎn)建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)多多，相比較傳統(tǒng)的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)和砌體結(jié)構(gòu)等，它性能穩(wěn)定，質(zhì)量輕強(qiáng)度高，抗震性能好，施工時(shí)可以在廠(chǎng)房進(jìn)行加工再到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)裝配，不僅裝配的完整度好精密度高，而且能夠大大的加快施工進(jìn)度縮短工期。同時(shí)它還被稱(chēng)為“綠色建筑”，基礎(chǔ)造
