Hope everybody can to power dispatch of a good understanding.Key words:electric power systems, Dispatching automation。 Lightningproof technique引言隨著電力系統(tǒng)容量的增加和自動化水平的不斷提高，電力調(diào)度自動化系統(tǒng)已廣泛使用計算機、RTU等微電子設(shè)備。縣級電力調(diào)度及其變電站由于其所在地土壤電阻率較高或地處山區(qū)等，其地網(wǎng)的接地電阻往往很難達到規(guī)程的要求，其防雷工作更需引起重視。由于一些微電子器件工作電壓僅幾伏，傳遞信息電流小至微安級，對外界的干擾極其敏感，而雷電流產(chǎn)生的瞬變電磁場對微電子設(shè)備的干擾和損害尤為嚴(yán)重。在雷雨季節(jié)，有些縣電力公司調(diào)度大樓和電力公司所屬自動化顯示系統(tǒng)、通信聯(lián)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)（Modem、載波機、程控交換機等）等常常遭到雷擊，造成較大的經(jīng)濟損失，嚴(yán)重影響當(dāng)?shù)仉娏ο到y(tǒng)的正常調(diào)度、工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和人民的日常生活。盡管有些電力調(diào)度自動化系統(tǒng)采取了一定的
