........................................................................................................48前言罐頭不僅是一種方便食品,也是營(yíng)養(yǎng)品之一。隨著人們生活水平的提高和生活節(jié)奏的加快,旅游事業(yè)大力發(fā)展,罐頭食品的需求量急劇增加。進(jìn)年來(lái),食品罐頭生產(chǎn)發(fā)展很快,改建、擴(kuò)建和新建許多食品罐頭罐頭廠。食品罐頭廠的污水,含有大量有機(jī)物,可水解性較強(qiáng),因此水解法+AO 工藝最有效和經(jīng)濟(jì)的處理方法之一,特別在廢水量大的情況下更是如此。由于罐頭加工廢水的水量一般都較大,因此,水解法+AO 處理工藝是罐頭加工廢水處理采用得最普遍的主題工藝。又由于罐頭加工廢水中含有大量的非溶解性的果皮、油脂等雜物,同時(shí)肉類加工廢水的水質(zhì)水量在 24h 內(nèi)變化較大,為了防止設(shè)備的堵塞,降低水解處理設(shè)施的負(fù)荷和穩(wěn)定水解處理工藝的處理效果,一些物理方法(如格柵、調(diào)節(jié)、撇渣、隔油、沉淀、氣浮等)和化學(xué)方法也常常與水解法+AO 處理工藝結(jié)合使用,作為生物處理前的預(yù)處理。.目前開發(fā)出來(lái)的處理罐頭廠廢水的工藝很多,但真正進(jìn)行工業(yè)應(yīng)用的方法僅是有限的十幾種,但是對(duì)于中小型罐頭廠廢水的處理,水解法+AO 工藝設(shè)備較其他工藝較為便宜,是應(yīng)用的最廣泛成熟經(jīng)濟(jì)的一種工藝,所以選擇水解法+AO
