An associate should keep Human Resources informed of his/her personal status by pleting a change of status form in the Human Resources Department, and by bringing any new or updated documents such as marital status, level of education, etc. An associate must notify the Human Resources Department, as soon as possible, of any changes. 為酒店提供準確的資料是非常重要的。如果個人資料有所變更請立即向人力資源部匯報,諸如婚姻和學歷狀況等,并提供相關證明材料。Employment Procedures雇傭程序A qualified applicant who will be employed needs to pass the following procedures:一位合格的應聘者需要通過以下程序:1. Pass the English Test from the Training Department and pass the first stage interview from the Personnel Manager.通過培訓部的英文測試和人事部經(jīng)理的第一次面試。2. Hold the previous satisfied work experiences record.具有良好的工作記錄。4. Be certified medically fit by the designated hospital.持有指定醫(yī)院出具的健康證。5. The Hotel will not consider any applicant who was dismissed or have unpleasant reference from other place of work.對于沒有良好工作記錄的應聘者,本酒店將不予考慮。6. In the case of rehiring previously terminated associates, approval must be obtained from the General Manager.再次申請入職的員工必須得到總經(jīng)理的特別批準。Employment of Family Members酒店員工親屬的聘用It is the policy of Banyan Tree Lijiang to hire a spouse or close relative only under very special circumstances.僅在非常特殊的情況下,麗江悅榕莊才會考慮雇傭員工的配偶或近親。Probation Period 試用期● A new associate is subject to a probationary period of 36 months for all levels.所有的新入職員工都有3至6個月的試用期。● A new associate, after pletion of 45 days and 90 days, must be appraised by Supervisor or Department Head.部門主管或經(jīng)理將在新員工入職45至90天內(nèi)對其進行評估?!?If the performance evaluation is satisfied, Hotel will confirm the employment by written confirmation letter.對于表現(xiàn)良好的員工,酒店將以書面形式做出肯定。● A probationary associate may be discharged at anytime without prior notice and he\she is not entitled to pensation of any kind including advance notice.酒店保留在不提前通知的情況下結(jié)束試用期和不做出任何賠償?shù)臋嗬??!?If an associate is promoted or transferred a probationary prejudice to any other termination clauses in this handbook or relevant employment contract, the failure to satisfy the performance standard of the promoted position in the probationary period will not result in the termination of the promoted of the employment contract, alternatively, such promoted employee shall be degraded to his /her original position.● 所有職位晉升或部門換的員工都有試用期。在不影響本手冊及相關勞動合同中關于中指條款的前提下,被升職員工在該等試用期內(nèi)未達到升值職位之要求的,勞動合同并不終止,然而,該等被升職員工將被除數(shù)退回原工作崗位。Promotion and Transfer職位晉升和部門調(diào)換When a position is open in the hotel, it will be posted on the associates’ bulletin board by the associates’ entrance, and in Human Resources for a minimum of 7 days.當酒店有任何空缺職位時,人力資源部將在員工入口處的信息預告板上公布最少7天。Generally, interdepartmental and interhotel transfers will not occur prior to four months of continuous employment .if the associate’s wish is to transfer to another department, a Reque
