Jianyu ( LI 15) LOCATION Anteroinferior to the acromion, between the acromion and the greater tuberosity of the humerus, at the center of the upper portion of m. deltoideus. INDICATIONS Pain in the shoulder and arm, toothache, numbness of the upper extremities 三、足陽 明胃經(jīng) 起于鼻翼旁（迎香穴），挾鼻上行左右交會于鼻根部，旁行入目內(nèi)眥 ，與足太陽經(jīng)相交 ，下沿鼻柱外側(cè) ，入上齒中 ，還出，挾口兩旁，環(huán)繞嘴唇，在頦唇溝承漿穴處左右相交，退回沿下頜骨后下緣到大迎穴處，沿下頜角頰車上行耳前，沿發(fā)際到額前。 面部分支：從大迎穴前下走人迎，沿喉嚨向下入缺盆，下行過膈肌，屬胃， 絡(luò)脾 。 缺盆部直行的脈：經(jīng)乳頭向下挾臍旁，下行至腹股溝的氣街穴。 胃下口支脈：從胃下口分出，沿腹腔內(nèi)下行至氣街，與直行之脈會合，而后下行至髀關(guān)，直抵伏兔，下至膝蓋，沿脛骨外側(cè)前緣下經(jīng)足跗，入足第二趾外側(cè)端。 脛部分支：從膝下 3寸處 （足三里穴）分出 ，下行入中趾外側(cè)端。 足跗分支：從足背上沖陽穴分出，前行入足大趾內(nèi)側(cè)端（隱白穴），交于足太陰脾經(jīng) 3 The Stomach Channel of FootYangming 1) The Main Course of the Channel Pertains to the stomach, links up to the spleen Mainly runs along the anterior border of the lateral aspect of the lower limbs 2) Principal Indications Gastrointestinal diseases。 diseases of the head, face, eye, nose and mouth。 toothache。 other diseases in the regions along the course of this channel 3) Commonly Used Points 地倉 定位： 口角旁 主治： 面癱，口角流 涎，語澀 ,三叉 神經(jīng)痛 操作： 斜刺或平刺 ,或 透刺頰車 頰車 定位：下頜角前上方一橫指，咀嚼時咬肌隆起處 主治：面癱，赤痛，頰腫，痄腮 操作：直刺 ，或平刺 , 透刺地倉 天樞 定位：臍旁兩寸。 主治：腹痛，腹脹，便秘、腹瀉 (雙向調(diào)節(jié) ) 操作：直刺 犢鼻 (外膝眼 ) 定位：屈膝，髕骨下緣，髕韌帶外側(cè)凹陷 主治：膝關(guān)節(jié)及周圍軟組織疾患。 操作：向內(nèi)上方斜刺 1寸 Sibai (S 2) LOCATION With the eyes looking straight forward, directly below the p
