松河礦井位于貴州省盤縣境內(nèi)，該地區(qū)氣候條件適宜，交通條件比較方便，礦井設(shè)計開采煤層為 1 1 29 3 煤層，四層煤的平均厚度分別為 、 、 ；平均傾角為 176。、 176。、 176。、 176。；煤層之間的間距不一，分別為 、 154m、 ； 井田走向長 3～ 6km，傾斜寬 2～ 4km，面積 6～ 18km2； 井田內(nèi)的工業(yè)儲量約為 11976 萬 t，可采儲量為 11136 萬 t；礦井的設(shè)計年產(chǎn)量為 120 萬 t/a，設(shè)計服務(wù)年限為 66a；日工作班數(shù)為四班，工作面作業(yè)方式采用的是“三班采煤，一班準(zhǔn)備”。設(shè)計井田內(nèi)有 F9 大的斷層構(gòu)造，對礦井正常生產(chǎn)有影響， F1及 F77 小斷層對礦井的正常生產(chǎn)無影響，礦井按煤與瓦斯突出礦井設(shè)計。 井田內(nèi)采用斜井單水平上下山開拓方式、開采水平標(biāo)高設(shè)置為 +1450m。根據(jù)井田內(nèi)斷層和構(gòu)造的特點，將井田分為八個采區(qū)，采區(qū)采用分組聯(lián)合布置方式。采區(qū)內(nèi)區(qū)段間的開采順序采用下行式；分層間的開采順序為下行式；煤層間的開采順序也采用下行式。 井下煤炭主要采用皮帶 運輸機和刮板運輸機運輸，材料和矸石等采用礦用電機車運輸。
