【正文】 36 37 37 38 U 盤蓋注塑模設(shè)計說明書 2 39 排氣系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計 40 溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計 41 11．模具的加工制造、裝配、調(diào)試與維護(hù) 42 42 44 45 45 畢業(yè)設(shè)計小結(jié) 45 謝辭： 48 參考文獻(xiàn) 49 U 盤蓋注塑模設(shè)計說明書 3 U 盤蓋 注塑模 模具設(shè)計 摘要： U 盤是當(dāng)今社會日常中必不可少的工具。 U 盤產(chǎn)品的外殼造型很多，市面上不斷出現(xiàn)著各種款式 ,U 盤 蓋子 制品成為最常見的研究課題 。 U 盤是閃存的一種，有小巧便于攜帶、儲存量大、價格便宜的特點。 U 盤蓋可用于保護(hù) U盤蓋 USB 接口處的磨損，延長 了 U 盤的使用壽命。 制品材料為高頻特種熱 塑性塑料 ABS（ 丙烯腈 丁二烯 苯乙烯共聚物 ），材料收縮率僅 %～ % 。我們通過分析和研究， 參照有關(guān)的技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)，選定材料和有關(guān)技術(shù)參數(shù)，設(shè)計出這款 U 盤外殼的模具。 由制品圖可知，該制品尺寸較小， 形狀不規(guī)則，采用頂針 推出塑件，另外，塑件表面有通孔， 為使制品順利脫模而又不影響制品 要求，加入一個斜頂，從而減小脫模阻力 ，是本模具中設(shè)計的要點。其他結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計在此不再贅述，詳細(xì)內(nèi)容見后面章節(jié)。 關(guān)鍵詞： ABS 注射模 一模四腔 U 盤 U 盤蓋注塑模設(shè)計說明書 4 Abstract: U disk is an indispensable tool in today39。s society, daily. U disk products have a lot of shell molding on the market , a variety of styles of products continue to emerge, U disk cover products bee the most mon research subject. U disk is one of a flash memory, having a lot of characteristics ,such as a pact , easy to carry, storage of large amount and low price. U disk cap can be used to stop USB interface of the U disk froming wear, prolong the service life of U disk. Product material is highfrequency special thermoplastic ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer),having shrinkage rate of only % ~ %. Through the analysis and research, according to related literature, selecting materials and relevant technical parameters, we design the U disk shell mold. The figure of the products shows, small size and irregular shape,we use the thimble to push out of the products, in addition, the surface of the products has the through holes, in order to make the product easy demoulding and does not affect the product requirements, with a sloping roof, thereby reducing the release of resistance, are the main points of design of the mold.
