Firstly, this paper outlines the working principle of the plate distillation column, disturbance distillation column were analyzed various factors to consider, by cascade control system for the control scheme of the system. Secondly, the hardware rectification column temperature control system design were analyzed, and the system used in sensor, transmitters, controllers and actuators of the selection. Temperature sensor selection SBWR2260K thermocouple temperature transmitter, regulator select DDZ2400 DDZⅢ type PID regulator. Then, the temperature control system mathematical modeling, introduces the modeling method, a mathematical model of the system, the mathematical model constructed analyzed in detail.
