Key words: ERP Make to Order C/S B/S Database Implement 論文題 目: 超磁致伸縮換能器系統(tǒng)特性的建模與實驗研究 The Research of Model and Experimental in Magostrictive Transducers System Character 研究生姓名: 金 璐 導(dǎo)師姓 名: 張玉寶 副教授 專 業(yè): 機械電子工程 摘 要 : 超磁致伸縮材料是一種新型的稀土功能材料,具有磁致伸縮應(yīng)變大、響應(yīng)速度快、能量密度高、輸出力大等顯著特點,它以其優(yōu)異的性能和良好的應(yīng)用 前景而得到了世界各國研究者們的普遍關(guān)注,其相應(yīng)的理論和應(yīng)用研究正廣泛進行,各種應(yīng)用器件的開發(fā)正成為人們研究的熱點。 本論文從課題組現(xiàn)行研制的超磁致伸縮換能器出發(fā),進行了換能器輸入輸出特性的理論研究與實驗研究,力求得到超磁致伸縮換能器更為普遍意義上的數(shù)學(xué)模型,從而為超磁致伸縮器件的設(shè)計提供理論依據(jù)與方法,指導(dǎo)超磁致伸縮器件的設(shè)計與優(yōu)化。論文首先對超磁致伸縮材料的特點、特性、器件開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀、理論研究現(xiàn)狀作了詳細論述,然后在下面幾個方面作了進一步研究: 1. 采用有限元軟件模擬了 Δ E 效應(yīng)對超磁致伸縮棒縱振基頻的影響 ,并定量分析了各種因素對磁場均勻度的影響大小。 2. 利用壓應(yīng)力下材料的磁致伸縮與磁化強度的關(guān)系,模擬了課題組研制的換能器中超磁致伸縮材料的磁致伸縮性能。 3. 根據(jù)磁致伸縮產(chǎn)生的機理,結(jié)合材料力學(xué)及有限元中軸對稱結(jié)構(gòu)離散化的相關(guān)公式,推 5 導(dǎo)出超磁致伸縮換能器的靜態(tài)輸入輸出模型。并利用現(xiàn)有的有限元分析軟件 ANSYS模擬了換能器輸入電流與輸出位移的關(guān)系曲線。 4. 對超磁致伸縮換能器基于物理規(guī)律建立起動態(tài)特性的數(shù)學(xué)模型和仿真模型,通過仿真得到系統(tǒng)的響應(yīng)曲線及各主要參數(shù)對換能器動態(tài)特性的影響規(guī)律。 5. 對課題組 研制的超磁致伸縮換能器進行了實驗研究,檢驗了靜態(tài)特性模型與動態(tài)特性模型建立的正確與否,同時通過實驗找到了現(xiàn)有設(shè)計中存在的問題。 關(guān)鍵詞: 超磁致伸縮換能器;系統(tǒng)特性;數(shù)學(xué)模型;有限元分析;仿真模型;磁機耦合 ABSTRACT The giant magostrictive material is a new functional material, which has high magostriction、rapid response velocity、 great energy density, as well as big output force. Because of the choiceness properties of the GMM, many researchers of the world countries now have taken part in studying it. In the mean time, its corresponding theory and applications studies are being processed. In this thesis , the inputoutput characteristics of great magostrictive transducer are discussed. The purpose of reaseach is to get universal mathematical model of great magostrictive transducer, which can provide a theoretic basis for the design of magostrictive instrument . Firstly the thesis has a discussin about characteristic and performance of the giant magostrictive material 、the actuality of instrument exploitation and the state of academic studies in detail. Moreover, it has further discussions in the following aspects: 1. Simulate the influence that ΔE offect act on magostrictive rod by the limited cell software and Analyse the influencing factor about the magic field equality. 2. Simulate the magostrictive capacity of the exploying magostrictive rod by making use of the relation between magostriction and magization intensity. 3. According to the magostrictive machanism and the related formulas that are in THE MATERIAL MACHANICS and THE LIMITED CELL, deduce the static state inputoutput model of giant magostrictive transducer and simulate the relative curve between static input signal and output signal by using ANSYS software. 4. Establish the dynamic state model about giant magostrictive transducer system that are based on the physical disciplinarian. Gain the system response curve and the effect law of diversified parameter that is acted on gain magostrictive transducer. 5. Based on the existing giant magostrictive transducer, does a experiment about static state characteristic and dynamic state characteristic , which can verify the legitimacy of transducer mathematical model. Key words: giant magostrivtive transducer; system characteristic; mathematical model; the limited cell analysis; simulation model; the coupling of magicmachanism. 6 論文題 目: 基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的質(zhì)量診斷理論的研究與應(yīng)用 The Research and Applications of Quality Diagnosis Theory Based on Neural Networks 研究生姓名: 劉 華 導(dǎo)師姓 名: 王建國 教授 專 業(yè): 機械電子工程 摘 要 : 產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣,是衡量一個國家生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展水平以及技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的重要標志。隨著社會的進步和科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人們對產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量提出了越來越高的要求。在質(zhì)量 控制過程中,當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量發(fā)生異常波動時 ,為了能夠及時調(diào)整過程參數(shù)使得生產(chǎn)過程恢復(fù)到正常狀態(tài),有必要利用質(zhì)量診斷方法對生產(chǎn)過程進行診斷。為此,本文針對多指標 (變量 )多工序過程對質(zhì)量診斷方法進行了進一步的研究。本文的研究工作主要包括以下幾個方面: (1) 緒論中對質(zhì)量的概念以及質(zhì)量科學(xué)的形成和發(fā)展做了簡單的介紹;接著分別介紹了單變量統(tǒng)計過程控制的一些方法,主元分析的基本理論和基于主元分析的多變量統(tǒng)計過程控制及其一些改進方法;最后對統(tǒng)計過程診斷的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r作了簡單的敘述。 (2) 介紹了兩種質(zhì)量診斷理論的基本原理,并指出了 它存在的一些不足,根據(jù)它的不足提出了基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的兩種質(zhì)量診斷理論,最后將新方法進行仿真研究以驗證該方法的有效性。 (3) 根據(jù)費歇判別分析的基本原理提出了基于費歇貢獻圖的過程參數(shù)診斷方法,并將該方法和主元貢獻圖方法應(yīng)用到四水箱過程進行過程參數(shù)診斷;最后通過診斷結(jié)果比較這兩種方法的性能。 (4) 簡要介紹了 CSP 生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)流程,并將基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的質(zhì)量診斷方法應(yīng)用到 CSP生產(chǎn)線中進行可行性和有效性驗證。 最后對全文作了總結(jié),并提出了展望。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 質(zhì)量診斷,主元分析,神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),費歇貢獻圖 ABSTRACT The quality of products was an important flag to symbolize the developing level of the productivity, the technology and the economics in a country. With the advancement of the society and the development of science and technology, the requirements to the quality of products bee higher and higher. When the abnormality occurred in the process of quality control, it was necessary to use quality diagnosis method to diagnosis production line in order to adjust the process parameters timely and make quality parameters return to the normal condition. In this thesis the quality diagnosis methods applied to multiindex(variable) and multioperation process were made a further research. The main work of this 7 thesis were described as follows: (1) The concept of quality and the formation and development of the quality science were introduced. then the methods of univariate statistical process control, the basic theory of principal ponent analysis(PCA),multivariate statistical process control based on PCA and some improvements were described respectively. In the end statistical process diagnosis methods were described briefly. (2) The basic theory of twokindsofqualitydiagnosistheory was introduced, then some deficiencies in traditional two kindsofqualitydiagnosistheory were pointed out.
