Discussion and Conclusion ............................................................................................ 12 Reference ........................................................................................................................ 13 Acknowledgments ............................................................................................................ 15 1 韭菜遲眼蕈 蚊幼蟲 藥劑篩選研究 張肖肖 08 級(jí)植物保護(hù)專業(yè) 指導(dǎo)教師:李照會(huì) ( 教授 ) 摘要 : 進(jìn)行了 不同種類的農(nóng)藥對(duì)韭菜遲眼蕈蚊幼蟲室內(nèi)毒力的測(cè)定 。 結(jié)果表明,試驗(yàn)藥劑中防治幼蟲較好的藥劑有 %藜蘆堿可濕性粉劑, 5%氟啶脲乳油, 兩種藥劑對(duì)幼蟲的 LC50分別為 ,; 40%辛硫磷乳油, 5%丁烯氟蟲腈乳油, 3%啶蟲脒乳油, 50%吡蚜酮水分散粒劑 ,3%煙堿微膠 囊懸浮劑, 30%辛硫磷微膠囊懸浮劑, 48%噻蟲啉懸浮劑 的防治效果次之, LC50分別為 , , , , , , , , ;而 50%氟啶蟲胺腈水分散粒劑, 10%溴氰蟲酰胺可分散油懸浮劑, %丁醚脲懸浮劑,%苦參堿微膠囊懸浮劑, %高效氟氯氰菊酯水乳劑, 5%順式氯氰菊酯 可濕性粉劑,20%氯蟲苯甲酰胺懸浮劑, %阿維菌 素乳油等對(duì)于防治韭蛆幼蟲無效。 關(guān)鍵詞 :韭菜遲眼覃蚊幼蟲 ??顾幮?; 藥劑防治 。 研究進(jìn)展 Study On Drugresistant Of Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang Zhangxiaoxiao Abstract: Efficacy of virulence of different kinds of pesticides in control of Bradysia odoriphaga were studied. The results showed that the % LiLu alkali WP and the 5% Chlorfluazuron EC are good insecticides for controlling Bradysia odoriphaga. The value of LC50 were , 5% Butene fipronil EC, 3% Acetamiprid EC, 50% Pymetrozine WG, 3% Nicotine CS, 30% Phoxim CS and 48% Thiacloprid CS. The value of LC50 were , , , , , , , , 50% Sulfoxaflor WG , 10% Cyantraniliprole OF , % Diafenthiuron SC ,% Matrine CS ,% Cyfluthrin EW ,5% Alpha cypermethrin WP , 20% Chlorantraniliprole SC and % Abamectin EC have no avail for controlling Bradysia odoriphaga . Keywords: Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang, Drugresistant, The chemical control。 Research progress 2 1. 前言 韭菜遲眼 蕈蚊 (Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang),俗稱韭蛆,是大家比較熟悉的 蕈 蚊科害蟲, 是我國(guó)特 有的害蟲種類。在我國(guó)主要危害韭菜、大蒜、圓蔥、葛芭等蔬菜,其中以韭菜受害最重。幼蟲群集蛀食寄主植物的地下根莖,受害嚴(yán)重的韭菜,每墩蟲量可達(dá)上千頭,蟲口密度大,繁殖力強(qiáng),防治難。 雖然 對(duì)韭蛆的發(fā)生危害調(diào)查很早,但由于該蟲在地下危害,蟲體小,繁殖力強(qiáng),世代重疊,研究難度大,目前尚缺乏深入系統(tǒng)的研究。 國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)韭菜遲眼蕈蚊 研究?jī)H限于韭菜和食用菌,缺乏 設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)蔬菜上的研究,雖有記錄其危害黃瓜、番茄苗等作物,但未見其具體的研究?jī)?nèi)容。 國(guó)外至今尚無相關(guān)研究報(bào)道。 目前生產(chǎn)上,菜農(nóng)通常使用 蔬菜上禁用農(nóng)藥進(jìn)行防治,如有機(jī)磷類高毒農(nóng)藥甲胺磷、氧化樂果、對(duì)硫磷,氨基甲酸酯 類吠喃丹等 ,結(jié)果造成農(nóng)產(chǎn)品農(nóng)藥殘留 嚴(yán)重 超標(biāo) ,給農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全生產(chǎn)帶來嚴(yán)重隱患。全國(guó)各地因吃韭菜而中毒事故 時(shí)有發(fā)生 。食品安全問題歷來是世界各國(guó)關(guān)注的問題,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品農(nóng)藥殘留超標(biāo)問題直接影響人民身體健康和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,特別是發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家將最高殘留限量作為農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品國(guó)際貿(mào)易中的重要技術(shù)壁壘, WHO/FAO 制定的限量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有 2510 項(xiàng),歐盟、美國(guó)和日本等各國(guó)也制定了各類食品的限量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。我國(guó)加入世貿(mào)組織后,發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的農(nóng)藥殘留限量上,采取“技術(shù)壁壘”的辦法,限制我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的 出口,
