在車牌自動識別系統(tǒng)中對字符的分割與識別畢業(yè)論文-閱讀頁

【正文】 改進(jìn)的閩值算法，通過實(shí)驗(yàn)證明，該方法能較好的保留圖像有效信息，并且能夠在光照不好，圖像陰暗的情況下仍然取得比較好的效果，方便后續(xù)處理。因?yàn)榕臄z角度等原因，某些車牌圖像并不是非常標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，存在著一些傾斜角度，這樣，在進(jìn)行分割等處理前還需要對圖像進(jìn)行傾斜校正。在這一部分，我們首先利用Hough變換取得兩個(gè)傾斜角度，然后我們采取有別十通常采用的一次校正，取得了比較好的效果。在進(jìn)行字符分割前，我們首先利用統(tǒng)計(jì)黑白跳變次數(shù)的方法分割出車牌的上邊框，然后再利用改進(jìn)后的垂直投影法成功將字符分割。在將字符分割后，我們采用最近鄰插值法將字符圖像作歸一化處理，為字符識別打好了基礎(chǔ)。在進(jìn)行模板匹配之前，首先采用了數(shù)學(xué)形態(tài)學(xué)中的細(xì)化操作，將字符圖片中的字符細(xì)化成骨架，提高了匹配的速度。 但是系統(tǒng)本身還存在許多不足，距離具體實(shí)用的要求仍有很大差距，但我卻在這次課程設(shè)計(jì)中學(xué)到了很多知識。 首先感謝我的導(dǎo)師一一馬飛老師，導(dǎo)師不僅學(xué)識淵博、誨人不倦，指導(dǎo)我獲得深厚的專業(yè)知識。 我還要感謝我的同學(xué)，幫助我收集材料和圖像資料，因?yàn)橛辛怂麄兊膸椭?，才使我順利的完成了這次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，在此非常感謝。S).. .
