12. 爭議的解決
12. Dispute Resolution:
凡因本合同引起的或與本合同有關(guān)的任何爭議，均應(yīng)提交中國國際經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易仲裁委員會，按照申請仲裁時該會現(xiàn)行有效的仲裁規(guī)則在南京進行仲裁。
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration which shall be trialed in Nanjing and conducted in accordance with the Commission’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
13. Notices：
所有通知用___文寫成，并按照如下地址用傳真/電子郵件/快件送達給各方。
All notice shall be written in _____ and served to both parties by fax/ /courier according to the following addresses. If any changes of the addresses occur， one ***** shall inform the other ***** of the change of address within ____ days after the change.
14. 本合同為中英文兩種文本，兩種文本具有同等效力。自雙方簽字(蓋章)之日起生
