Document Keeping文件記錄a) Marine Personnel Department keep the Scanning softcopy of abovementioned Certificate of Seafarer。b) Marine Personnel Department keeps the sign on/sign off record when seafarer changes.安排海員上船下船時(shí)，船員部保留受雇，受聘或到船工作海員的上下船動(dòng)態(tài)記錄c) Master update the crew list immediate after crew change，date of birth of each seafarer is noted against his/her name on the crew list.海員更換后，船長(zhǎng)立即對(duì)海員名單進(jìn)行更新，每一海員的出生日期應(yīng)在海員名單中的姓名旁標(biāo)注. d) Master or officer acting on his or her behalf (“petent officer”) verify the crew list at proper interval and record the date of such verification.船長(zhǎng)或代表船長(zhǎng)的高級(jí)海員（“主管高級(jí)海員”）定期核查海員名單，并記錄核查的日期e) Master should keep employment records of seafarer, include the signoff seafarer, these records include but not limit to the following:船長(zhǎng)應(yīng)保持海員受雇在船的記錄，包括已經(jīng)下船海員的受雇記錄，這些記錄包括但不限于：i. Document Care證書保管a) If the medical certificate is verified to be true，valid and fit for duty on board, Marine Personnel Department scan the Medical Certificate and Vaccination/Prophylaxis Certificate and keep the softcopy船員部檢查體檢證書真實(shí)有效能夠適任船上工作后，對(duì)體檢證書和預(yù)防接種證書進(jìn)行掃描，并保留電子版的掃描件b) Marine Personnel Department registers and files the Medical Certificate and Vaccination /Prophylaxis Certificate in List of crew certificate.船員部對(duì)體檢證書和接種證書的有效期在海員證書清單中登記歸檔.c) When the medical certificate or Vaccination / Prophylaxis Certificate of the seafarer employed on board bee due， master should inform the shipowner to make necessary arrangement in advance.海員在船服務(wù)期間，如果體檢證書或預(yù)防接種證書到期，船長(zhǎng)應(yīng)提前通知公司進(jìn)行必要的安排d) Master should update the List of Document immediate after crew change/certificate replacement and reserve the records海員更換/證書換新后，船長(zhǎng)立即對(duì)證書清單進(jìn)行更新, 船長(zhǎng)應(yīng)保留該證書清單e) If the period of validity of a certificate expires in the course of a voyage, the certificate shall continue in force until the next port of call where the seafarer can obtain a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner, provided that the period shall not exceed three months.如果在航行途中證書到期，該證書應(yīng)繼續(xù)有效至該海員能夠從合格醫(yī)師那里取得體檢證書的下一?？扛?，條件是這段時(shí)間不超過3個(gè)月。5. A medical fitness certificate issued shall specify the period, mencing with the date of the medical examination, for which the certificate shall remain valid, subject to the following maximum periods :體檢證書應(yīng)明確證書的有效期，從進(jìn)行體檢之日起，至下述最長(zhǎng)期限為止：a) in respect of a seafarer under 18 years of age, 1 year。 18 周歲以上55 周歲以下的海員，2 年；ii. in respect of a seafarer 55 years of age and over, 1 year。6.
