言我國是一個紡織大國,印染工業(yè)發(fā)展比較迅速,所以不可避免的會出現(xiàn)大量的印染廢水。在紡織廢水中,以印染廢水污染最為嚴重。印染廢水具有水量大、有機污染物含量高、色度深、堿性大、水質變化大等特點,屬難處理的工業(yè)廢水。傳統(tǒng)的生物處理工藝已受到嚴重挑戰(zhàn);傳統(tǒng)的化學沉淀和氣浮法對這類印染廢水的 COD 去除率也僅為 30%左右。紡織印染行業(yè)是污染物排放量較大的部門之一,主要以廢水污染為主,其次為廢氣、廢渣、噪聲污染,其中廢氣主要為鍋爐燃燒產(chǎn)生的廢氣及相應的廢渣。解決的辦法是以無梭織機代替有梭織機。 國有大中型紡織印染企業(yè)基本建有廢水處理裝置,并相當一部分正常運行,其處理成本為 ~ 元/噸左右。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,1994 年紡織工業(yè)全年排放廢水量達 億立方米(不含鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè))居全國各行業(yè)第四位,其中印染廢水約占 80%。我國的染料生產(chǎn)水平于國外差距較大,染料上染率低,助劑投配量較大,加大了紡織印染行業(yè)的污染負荷。最近,一些大型紡
