【正文】 CC,沒(méi)到VCC時(shí)芯片復(fù)位腳近似低電平,于是芯片復(fù)位,接近VCC時(shí)芯片復(fù)位腳近高電平,于是芯片停止復(fù)位,復(fù)位完成。 復(fù)位電路原理圖負(fù)載電路主要是由一個(gè)PNP型三極管和一個(gè)2k歐電阻外加一個(gè)蜂鳴器組成的。考慮功耗低,經(jīng)濟(jì)性能高,本文所選的蜂鳴器為無(wú)源蜂鳴器,電阻610歐。根據(jù)圖44所構(gòu)成的電路圖計(jì)算如下:假設(shè)蜂鳴器在額定電壓下工作,則集電極電流 根據(jù)集電極電流滿足所選三極管的要求,最終選擇PNP型S8550三極管。本設(shè)計(jì)購(gòu)買的三極管放大倍數(shù)為100。表42 所需元件分類元件名稱所屬類所屬子類元件個(gè)數(shù)AT89C51Microproce Bsor ICs8051 Family1CAPCapacitorsGeneric2CAPELECCapacitorsGeneric1CRYSTALMiscellaneous1RESResistorsGeneric14PNPTransistorsBipolar4SPEAKERERSpeakers amp。 RelaysSwitches9LEDREDOptoelectronicsLEDs95 系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì) 多用戶門鈴設(shè)計(jì)的流程圖根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)所要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,考慮到編程簡(jiǎn)潔,容易達(dá)到要求。這就是這個(gè)程序需要完成的功能,根據(jù)電路圖需要達(dá)到的效果,編寫的C語(yǔ)言程序可以滿足以上的所有要求。6 仿真與調(diào)試 KeilC51編譯軟件Keil C51是美國(guó)Keil Software公司出品的51系列兼容單片機(jī)C語(yǔ)言軟件開(kāi)發(fā)系統(tǒng),與匯編相比,C語(yǔ)言在功能上、結(jié)構(gòu)性、可讀性、可維護(hù)性上有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì),因而易學(xué)易用。Keil C51軟件提供豐富的庫(kù)函數(shù)和功能強(qiáng)大的集成開(kāi)發(fā)調(diào)試工具,全Windows界面。首先,打開(kāi)keil編譯軟件,然后在菜單欄上找到Project并選擇New Project,在給工程命名并且保存工程,保存完成之后會(huì)彈出單片機(jī)芯片的選擇框,找到芯片AT89C51并且這樣就完成了在keil中新建工程的操作。程序錄入完成之后在菜單欄上找到File然后選擇save保存,在彈出保存框里給文件命名。 在Option for Target對(duì)話框中,選中“Output”選項(xiàng)卡中的“Create HEX File”選項(xiàng)和“Debug”選項(xiàng)卡中的“Use:Proteus VSM Simula”選項(xiàng)。有錯(cuò)就改正程序中的錯(cuò)誤,直到?jīng)]有錯(cuò)誤提示才能調(diào)用生成的HEX文件。 編譯程序:(1)Linking:連接中。(3)creating hex file from wzh:創(chuàng)建名為“wzh”的HEX文件。 PROTEUS仿真軟件Proteus軟件是英國(guó)Labcenter electronics公司出版的EDA工具(仿真軟件)。它是目前最好的仿真單片機(jī)的工具。在編譯方面,它支持IAR、Keil和MPLAB等多種編譯器[7]。首先在畫好的電路原理圖中選中需要編寫程序的芯片,并單擊鼠標(biāo)左鍵,打開(kāi)Edition Component對(duì)話框,設(shè)置單片機(jī)晶振頻率為12MHZ,在此窗口中的program file欄中,選擇之前用keil軟件生成的KEIL生成的HEX文件。在Proteus的菜單欄中,打開(kāi) Debug下拉菜單,在菜單中選中Use start/restart debugging選項(xiàng),這樣proteus中繪制的電路原理圖就可以鏈接上,keil中生成的HEX文件進(jìn)行仿真了。 新建proteus A4版面把元件排布好后,使用導(dǎo)線將各個(gè)元件連接起來(lái),最后繪制完成電路原理圖。在Proteus的菜單欄中,打開(kāi) Debug下拉菜單,在菜單中選中Use start/restart debugging選項(xiàng)。按下相應(yīng)的開(kāi)關(guān),觀察電路的相應(yīng)狀態(tài)。按下開(kāi)關(guān)k2時(shí)門鈴LS2就會(huì)相應(yīng)的響起,以此類推。當(dāng)按下連接外部中斷INT0的按鈕時(shí),揚(yáng)聲器LS5會(huì)發(fā)出警報(bào)的響聲,8個(gè)紅色led燈也會(huì)順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)閃爍,每次都是點(diǎn)亮3個(gè)紅色LED燈,仿真運(yùn)行時(shí)然后會(huì)不停循環(huán)點(diǎn)亮。7 電路板制作 PCB的制作過(guò)程 PCB的布局和3D視圖在Proteus軟件中提供了從原理圖設(shè)計(jì)到簡(jiǎn)單PCB制作以及仿真[11],因?yàn)槲业腜CB涉及的元器件不多,所以我們選擇Proteus中的ARES套件來(lái)進(jìn)行繪制PCB,從Proteus中的ISIS套件中編譯網(wǎng)表連接到ARES中進(jìn)行布局,經(jīng)過(guò)半個(gè)小時(shí)的小心布局,: 布局全圖為了清楚的看到我們的布局是否合理與美觀,Proteus軟件提供了3D視圖功能[12],大家可以很直觀的看到自己的布局情況,: 3D視圖效果 PCB的布線與鋪地銅布好局就要開(kāi)始布線了,雖然在Proteus軟件中提供了自動(dòng)布線功能,但是自動(dòng)布線之后還是要自己手動(dòng)修改一些不如意的地方,因?yàn)槲业脑O(shè)計(jì)不復(fù)雜,所以我選擇自己手動(dòng)布線,然后給PCB的頂層和底層進(jìn)行鋪地網(wǎng)絡(luò)的銅皮,這是為了增加電路板的抗干擾性,: 布線效果圖 鋪地效果圖 電路元器件的搜集為了更好的完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),我特意從實(shí)習(xí)公司帶回一些小器件,列如:電阻、電容、LED燈等等,但是還缺少AT89C51芯片、萬(wàn)能板、按鈕、蜂鳴器等等,所以我利用周六到北京的中發(fā)電子市場(chǎng)去配了這些,順便了解一下電子世界,去了之后確實(shí)有很大的見(jiàn)識(shí)和收獲。下面我將我搜集的一些主要電子元器件通過(guò)圖片放上來(lái),具體如下圖: 萬(wàn)能板 AT89C52芯片 電子元器件參考文獻(xiàn)[1] [M].北京:航空航天大學(xué)出版社,1990:56.[2] [J].西安:西安電子科技大學(xué)出版社,1999:2228.[3] [M].西安電子科技大學(xué)出版社,2007:916.[4] [J].北京:電子工業(yè)出版社,2006:5562.[5] [M]. 北京:航天航空大學(xué)出版社,2002:87155.[6] 劉明. This pany introduced 8 topgrade onechip puters of MCS51 series in 1980 after introducing 8 onechip puters of MCS48 series in 1976. It belong to a lot of kinds this line of onechip puter the chips have,such as 8051, 8031, 8751, 80C51BH, 80C31BH,etc., their basic position, basic performance and instruction system are all the same. 8051 daily representatives 51 serial onechip puters . An onechip puter system is made up of several following parts: (1) One microprocessor of 8 (CPU).
