If this parameter has a value of 0, full search method is used, otherwise, fast motion estimation method is used. Default is 1. Note: the current software allows the value to range from 0 to 2, but only 0 (full) and 1 (fast) are supported. SearchRange Defines the search range used for motion estimation. Default is 96. Shorthand form is –sr. Note: the search range is defined around a predictor. Motion vectors derived by the motion estimation may thus have values larger than the search range.
