【正文】 h a person so assigned shall maintain close ties with the attorney employed by Party 、每年由甲方向乙方付給法律顧問酬金[ ]元，自合同生效之日起三十天內(nèi)一次付清。The office of the attorney appointed by Party B is located at [ ] and it is ready to get contact with 、甲方應(yīng)給乙方指派的律師提供參加甲方召開的有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)會議的機(jī)會，為乙方律師執(zhí)行職務(wù)提供方便。To advocate socialist legal system while providing aforesaid 、乙方所派律師只為甲方法人提供法律幫助，無義務(wù)為甲方的職工提供法律幫助。（含日、英、德、俄、法文）或草擬中文法律業(yè)務(wù)文書；To examine legal papers made in Chinese, Japanese, English, German, Russian and French or draw Chinese legal papers for Party A。Party B appoints [ ], an attorney at law, to be the legal adviser of Party A to provide legal services to and to protect the legal rights of Party 、乙方為甲方提供如下法律幫助：The legal services to be rendered by Party B to Party A are as follows:；To give legal advice on questions pertaining to the business affairs of Party A。經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商，訂立下列各條款，共同遵照履行。第一篇：聘請常年法律顧問合同(中英文雙語版)聘請常年法律顧問合同AGREEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT OF PERMANENT LEGAL ADVISER根據(jù)《中華人民共和國律師法》第[ ]條的規(guī)定，[ ]（簡稱甲方）為依法維護(hù)本單位的合法權(quán)益，特聘請[ ]律師事務(wù)所（簡稱乙方）擔(dān)任常年法律顧問。乙方接受聘請。Under Article 2 of the Law of Lawyers of the People’s Republic of China, [ ](hereinafter called Party A), hereby engages [ ] Law Firm(hereinafter called Party B)to be its permanent legal adviser to help Party A to protect its legal B hereby accepts the Parties agree to enter into and be subject to the following provisions:一
