【正文】 fact, in the 1960s, research of semiconductor quantum dots is the earliest from quantum dots embedded in a glass in the beginning. With the improvement of synthesis method, quantum dot scales can be accurately controlled, quantum dot size through the preparation conditions, the emission wavelength of quantum dots can cover a large spectral range from green to red. Characteristics of the light wavelength with size adjustable, the quantum dots in biological labeling, fluorescent display has been widely used. The use of thioglycolic acid (TGA) as stabilizer, precursor synthesized in aqueous solution of CdSe semiconductor quantum dots on NaHSe (Quantum Dots, QDs) materials. The fluorescence emission spectra (PL), by UV absorption spectroscopy (UV VIS) of the prepared samples were characterized by means of exploration, preparation conditions on biomarkers of watersoluble quantum dots, as the basis for the future quantum dot biomarkers.
