The works include three parts: architecture design, structure design and construction design. This project is residential building of 6floors, steel structure, which is located in Jinan, a Ushaped. The height of every story is and the height of the whole building is . The total area is about 8900 .2mArchitecture design tries hard for simple and clear, which has the ages feels and assort with surroundings environment. Steel frame and reinforce concrete floor were used in the structure. Firstly, the size of the beam and column was determined by the type of the structure and the calculation of the loads. Secondly, the inner forces of the frame under the wind load, the dead load, and the living loads were analyzed separately. By the bination of the inner forces, the most dangerous forces can be got, and then the steel beam, steel column, the frame connections and reinforce concrete floor can be designed. After these, the drawing can be made. In the progress of internal force analysis, the vertical forces are calculated by the layerwise method, and the horizontal forces are calculated by the D method. In the process of the live load calculation, full load is used. Mixed connection with welding and bolts was used in steel frame, and independent foundation under column was adopted. In the part of the construction anization design, based on the architecture design and structure design, construction of each layer was divided into three segments.Key Words: architecture design,steel frame, internal force analysis,connection design, construction anization design1前 言 鋼框架住宅的優(yōu)點及研究意義鋼結(jié)構(gòu)是以鋼材為材料做成受力構(gòu)件的結(jié)構(gòu)。而傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)(磚混結(jié)構(gòu)、砼結(jié)構(gòu))由于材料性質(zhì)限制了空間布置的自由,以往開間一般常在 米、 米、 米,如果過大,就會造成板厚、梁高、柱大,出現(xiàn)39?,F(xiàn)象,不但影響美觀,而且自重增大,增加造價。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的大部分構(gòu)件在工廠生產(chǎn),運往現(xiàn)場通過焊接或螺栓進(jìn)行整體組裝,可全天候作業(yè)。由于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)本身可作為勁性結(jié)構(gòu)承擔(dān)結(jié)構(gòu)荷載和施工荷載,施工時可以節(jié)省支模、拆模的材料,由此降低成本,大大加快施工速度。根據(jù)統(tǒng)計,同樣面積建筑物,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)比砼結(jié)構(gòu)工期,可縮短三分之一,而且可節(jié)省支模材料。而且鋼材具有延性,能比較好的消耗地震帶來的能量,所以抗震性能好,結(jié)構(gòu)安全度高。由于基礎(chǔ)在工程造價中占有比重比較大,上部結(jié)構(gòu)重量輕可以降低基礎(chǔ)的造價,從而減少整個項目的投資。五、符合商務(wù)會所產(chǎn)業(yè)化和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求鋼結(jié)構(gòu)適宜工廠大批量生產(chǎn),工業(yè)化、商品化程度高。今后隨著城市建設(shè)的發(fā)展,城市改造需要拆除大量的舊建筑,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)比傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的拆除更容易實施,鋼材回收利用率高、拆除成本低、污染較小,符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求綜上所述,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)是適合創(chuàng)新的商務(wù)會所結(jié)構(gòu)體系。生產(chǎn)廠家能高精度、高質(zhì)量、高速度完成,使建筑物達(dá)到既美觀又經(jīng)濟(jì)的效果。 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)商
