DPMI):中央可編程控制器,如PLC,PC等?!糁С謫沃骰蚨嘀飨到y(tǒng)?!?。◆每個(gè)DP從站最大為246字節(jié)的輸入和輸出數(shù)據(jù)?!敉ㄟ^(guò)總線為DP從站賦予地址?!魪?qiáng)大的診斷功能,三級(jí)診斷信息。 輸煤系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)鋱D 3 ProfibusDP協(xié)議 ProfibusDP的基本功能1 功能◆DP主站和DP從站間的循環(huán)用戶數(shù)據(jù)傳送。以主控制器S73152DP作為主站,通過(guò)以太網(wǎng)變換機(jī)ESM連接到安裝有以太網(wǎng) C P1613的工控機(jī)上。為此選用ProfibusDP現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線來(lái)組成網(wǎng)絡(luò)。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行要求是按順煤流方向是正常順序停機(jī)、按逆煤流方向是正常順序啟動(dòng),而事故跳閘時(shí)是從設(shè)備故障點(diǎn)及其上游的設(shè)備瞬時(shí)停機(jī),而且故障點(diǎn)下游設(shè)備保持原來(lái)的工作狀態(tài)不變。卸煤系統(tǒng)是由汽車(chē)衡、翻車(chē)機(jī)或入廠煤采樣裝置等組成的,其設(shè)備控制方式是由制造的廠方設(shè)計(jì)并成套供貨。下面介紹第一部分的內(nèi)容, 生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的工藝流程圖 從輸煤工藝聯(lián)鎖流程圖分析得知,在控制系統(tǒng)程序組態(tài)時(shí)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照該流程進(jìn)行沒(méi)計(jì)及組態(tài),以確保與設(shè)備和人身安全有關(guān)的控制程序的編程,亦須在遵循系統(tǒng)聯(lián)鎖的原則下靈活組臺(tái)。雖然一二期僅涉及煤場(chǎng)至人爐煤斗之間的輸煤控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)備改造.但為了安全可靠地實(shí)現(xiàn)改造.又不影響所有機(jī)組的正常運(yùn)行,因此將該項(xiàng)目分兩步進(jìn)行。2 輸煤段工藝及控制要求 各工藝段所包含的設(shè)備由輸煤皮帶機(jī)、葉輪給煤機(jī)、往復(fù)式給煤機(jī)、碎煤機(jī),滾軸篩帶式除鐵器、圓盤(pán)除鐵器、精細(xì)除鐵器、犁煤器、切換擋板拉繩開(kāi)關(guān)和跑偏開(kāi)關(guān)等組成,其他如撕裂打滑、堵煤等保護(hù)開(kāi)關(guān)均不進(jìn)本控制系統(tǒng)。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,可分為兩類,一種是DCS 遠(yuǎn)程 I/O 通訊采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的協(xié)議技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,國(guó)內(nèi)工程已經(jīng)有經(jīng)驗(yàn);第二種是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的智能現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備中植入具有控制器功能的控制模塊,并且以符合某種現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線協(xié)議標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的通訊方式與DCS 相聯(lián)接的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線控制系統(tǒng)。s first open field bus standard, its application field covers from mechanical processing, process control, electric power, traffic to building automation fields.
