能熱水器內(nèi)筒起筋機(jī)的設(shè)計 學(xué) 院 機(jī)械工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 機(jī)械工程及自動化 班 級 機(jī)自 0707 班 學(xué) 生 姜永超 學(xué) 號 20220403071 指導(dǎo)教師 樊寧 二〇一 一 年 五 月 二十八 日摘 要內(nèi)筒是太陽能熱水器的核心部分,其特性影響著產(chǎn)品的整體壽命,太陽能內(nèi)筒起筋機(jī)是用來增強(qiáng)太陽能內(nèi)筒的剛性,在太陽能行業(yè)得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。通過文獻(xiàn)檢索、企業(yè)流水生產(chǎn)線的參觀,對太陽能內(nèi)筒起筋機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能和工作原理進(jìn)行歸納分析,并對國內(nèi)外太陽能內(nèi)筒起筋機(jī)的研究現(xiàn)狀做了一番比較和總結(jié),完成了起筋機(jī)的設(shè)計。同時將下輥輪軸的直徑加粗,并將其設(shè)計成空心軸,在保證其剛度的前提下即減輕了其重量,又方便了輥輪的安裝固定。本文對減速機(jī)、汽缸、萬向聯(lián)軸器和輥輪軸進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計算和校核,保證了設(shè)計的合理性,也簡要介紹了對機(jī)架、軸承座等零部件的設(shè)計和選擇過程。機(jī)器外形尺寸的設(shè)計方便工作人員操作,提高了加工效率。s assembly line, from the tendons of solar energy within the cylinder machine structure, function and working principle of inductive analysis, and the inner cylinder from the domestic and international solar energy research status bar machine did some parison and summary of pleted the tendon from the machine design.
