【正文】 網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程 學(xué) 生 姓 名 XX 學(xué) 號(hào) XXXXXXX 指導(dǎo)教師姓名 XX 指導(dǎo)教師職稱 講師 2020 年 基于 MATLAB的車(chē)牌識(shí)別系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) —— 字符分割的設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 ：汽車(chē)車(chē)牌的識(shí)別系統(tǒng)是現(xiàn)代智能交通管理的重要組成部分之一。車(chē)牌識(shí)別系統(tǒng)使車(chē)輛管理更智能化，數(shù)字化，有效的提升了交通管理的方便性和有效性。 本文主要介紹圖像預(yù)處理、車(chē)牌定位、字符分割三個(gè)模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。車(chē)牌定位和分割采用的是利用數(shù)學(xué)形態(tài)法來(lái)確定車(chē)牌位置，再利用車(chē)牌 彩色信息的彩色分割法來(lái)完成車(chē)牌部位分割。 本文 即是針對(duì)其 核心部分進(jìn)行闡述并使用 MATLAB 軟件環(huán)境中進(jìn)行字符分割的仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)。 論文主要內(nèi)容完成的比較好，各個(gè)功能也介紹的比較完整，也能用程序來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)，但我感覺(jué)整個(gè)文章的布局稍微有點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，整體思路不是很清晰。 i 結(jié)論 參考文獻(xiàn) 附錄部分主要程序代碼 MATLABbased License Plate Recognition System —— The design character segmentation Abstract:Vehicle license plate recognition system is one important of the modern intelligent traffic management. License plate recognition system includes image acquisition, image preprocessing, license plate localization, character segmentation, character recognition and other five core parts.
