In recent years, the environmental protection departments at all levels and the XX Tire amp。C 的 低壓蒸汽脫附再生。 最后, 采用新型的環(huán)式吸附 器 及纖維活性炭對(duì) 煉膠 廢氣進(jìn)行處理 ,凈化除味,使氣體達(dá)到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 然后,采用 袋式 除塵器 , 進(jìn)一步 去除 煉膠 廢氣中的塵類(lèi)物質(zhì)。 本設(shè)計(jì)根 據(jù) 《中 華人民 共和國(guó) 國(guó)家標(biāo) 準(zhǔn) 大 氣污染 物綜合 排放標(biāo) 準(zhǔn)》( GB16297—1996) 對(duì) XX 橡膠 輪胎有限公司 橡膠煉焦廢氣進(jìn)行處理。 近年來(lái),各級(jí)環(huán)保部門(mén)和 XX 橡膠 輪胎有限公司致力于解決廢氣污染擾民問(wèn)題,先后建設(shè)了鍋爐廢氣和煉膠廢氣處理系統(tǒng),在一定程度上減輕了污染,但仍然對(duì)周邊環(huán)境及附近居民存在影響。 I 摘 要 XX橡膠 輪胎廠投產(chǎn) 10多年來(lái),所排放的高含硫量廢氣,不但對(duì)周邊農(nóng)業(yè)和林業(yè)生產(chǎn)造成很大危害,而且直接影響了周邊居民的身體健康。建廠以來(lái) , 該廠的污染問(wèn)題一直成為群眾投訴的熱點(diǎn)。 橡膠輪胎生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中密煉機(jī)產(chǎn)生多組分廢氣,主要包括碳黑塵、橡膠顆粒、煉膠粉塵等塵類(lèi)組份,機(jī)油、芳烴油組份及其非甲烷總烴、三苯、甲醇、甲硫醇、 CS H2S等有機(jī)無(wú)機(jī)氣體 。 首先,對(duì) 煉膠 廢氣進(jìn)行除 油處理,避免 由于 廢氣中的油類(lèi)物質(zhì) 的影響 , 使 除塵器 的除塵效果 下降 ,甚至導(dǎo)致其 不能正常運(yùn)行工作 。 除塵器使用脈沖清灰方式,選 用 DMC108Ⅱ 型脈沖袋式除塵器 。 活性炭 吸附氣體后,可用 120176。 關(guān)鍵詞: 煉膠廢氣,除油器,袋 式 除塵器, 環(huán)式吸附 器 II Abstract The emissions that XX Tire amp。 Rubber Limited Company, Guangzhou mitted to solving air pollution nuisance.
