Many new research results and new science fields have many ramifications with campus work construction. However, a plete campus work deals with many aspects of contents which include the development and using of puter work, data traffic, system software and applied software, conformity of information resources and the management of information system, so to some the higher vocational Colleges and Universities schools with low level of applied puter, constructing a plete campus work will appear not only technical and financial difficulties but also maintenance and management problems. Being a system engineering which improves the development of Education’s information, how to grasp the ability of campus work and applied function is the focal point.
