扇旋轉(zhuǎn)速度和速率的風(fēng)機(jī),調(diào)速風(fēng)機(jī)基本上可以分為兩類:第一類是電動(dòng)機(jī)的變速帶動(dòng)著風(fēng)機(jī)和它一起變速,另一類就是電動(dòng)機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)速度不發(fā)生變化,但是在風(fēng)葉這部分和電機(jī)二者之間安裝一個(gè)能夠變速的耦合器。系統(tǒng)主要四個(gè)部分組成:液晶屏顯示模塊、交流電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊、供電模塊還有風(fēng)機(jī)組成。在風(fēng)機(jī)的實(shí)際使用過程中,最傳統(tǒng)的的調(diào)節(jié)方式就是對(duì)風(fēng)門或者閥門進(jìn)行開關(guān)的調(diào)節(jié)方式,但是這樣的方式方法具有很大的缺點(diǎn),比如說最造成很大的電流損耗,而且對(duì)這樣的調(diào)節(jié)方式對(duì)系統(tǒng)自身來說是非長(zhǎng)階段性的,可以說缺點(diǎn)非常大,不但它的調(diào)節(jié)的速度會(huì)非常的慢,而且呢,它在進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)對(duì)于降低能耗方面的能力是非常有限的,可以說它在工作的時(shí)候?qū)τ谙到y(tǒng)對(duì)于生產(chǎn)相對(duì)來說負(fù)面的效應(yīng)很嚴(yán)重。fan淮南師范學(xué)院 2022 屆本科畢業(yè)論文1前言在我國(guó)風(fēng)機(jī)的應(yīng)用非常廣泛,它的主要作用是通風(fēng),降溫,引風(fēng)設(shè)備的冷卻,排塵等等許多作用,風(fēng)機(jī)常見于工廠里,礦井中,隧道中,還有大棚以及車輛船只,不止這些,一些設(shè)備儀器中也是安裝著風(fēng)機(jī),可以說作用大范圍廣。關(guān)鍵詞:UNC140 嵌入式單片機(jī);交流電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng);風(fēng)機(jī)Fan Speed Control System DesignStudent: Gao Le(Faculty Adviser:MIAO Lei)(College of Electrical and Information Engineering, Huainan Normal University)Abstract:At present there are many ways to fan speed control methods, according to the advantages and disadvantages of speed control mode, this paper designed a fan speed regulation control system solutions.
