運輸時代主要交通路線。北海是歐洲人生存發(fā)展的重要空間,是沿岸各國的海上走廊,先后成為西北歐、西歐、歐洲、世界不同地區(qū)和國家間聯(lián)系的通道。北海南部經(jīng)多佛爾海峽和英吉利海峽與大西洋連接,北部經(jīng)奧克尼群島和設(shè)得蘭群島、挪威與大西洋相連,北經(jīng)挪威海槽通北冰洋,東部以斯卡格拉克海峽、卡特加特海峽和丹麥海峽溝通波羅地海。圍繞北海海岸,在其東邊,由北向南有挪威、丹麥、德意志聯(lián)邦共和國、荷蘭、比利時和法國,而整個西側(cè)則為大不列顛,以及奧克尼群島和設(shè)得蘭群島所占據(jù)。從這條線往東是斯卡格拉克海峽。在西北邊緣,它以奧克尼群島和設(shè)得蘭群島間的連線為界。“北海在東西方向上位于大陸歐洲和大不列顛之間,在形狀上大體上成一橢圓形。世界現(xiàn)代化進程肇始于西北歐地區(qū)與北海周邊國家率先興起不無關(guān)系,北海開發(fā)對現(xiàn)代化的后來者具有一定的借鑒意義。關(guān)鍵詞:區(qū)域發(fā)展、海洋、生存空間、軍略要地、資源寶庫Marine Dimension in Regional Development Referential Experience of the North Sea Development for the PanPearlRiverDelta RegionShu XiaoyunAbstract: With all the specific regions as the ponents of a whole, regional development aims to construct mutual interest by providing more opportunities for them. Studies in regional development examine the spatial distribution of social development, breaking away from the established perspective based on the boundary of the munity, the region, the country, or even the globe, through the convergency of certain core elements in certain geographical space, and thus the regional parative advantage ing into being. The world modernization process which started in the Northwestern Europe definitely had its relevance to the development of the North Sea, which constitutes an important geographic elements for the living and development region of the Europeans as the marine corridor for the coastal countries and as the marine thoroughfare for the different regions and countries of northwestern Europe, west Europe, and even the world. The North Sea became the converging spot in the transnationl transactions for the surrounding countries, and in their contact, dialogue, exchange and munication, their marine survival ability thus drove them across the North Sea, and to the world in their marine exploration and struggle for resources. The development of the North Sea may provide referential experience for the PanPearlRiverDelta Region. The South Sea of China is situated in the crossroad which connects the Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean, and between Asia and Oceania, as the strategic sea with its international economic, social and military significance.
