較大,則有兩組或四組曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu),相應(yīng)稱為雙點(diǎn)或四點(diǎn)壓力機(jī)。上述三種壓力機(jī)中均只有一組曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu),成為單點(diǎn)壓力機(jī)。單柱壓力機(jī),其機(jī)身也是左右及前后敞開,但后壁無開口。開式壓力機(jī)機(jī)身左右及前后都敞開,能從三個(gè)方向接近模具,操作方便,但機(jī)身剛度低,特別是有 角變形存在,影響精度。所謂單柱、開式和閉式是指機(jī)身的型式。 機(jī)械壓力機(jī)的主要類型 根據(jù) JB/GQ202284 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)[3],鍛壓機(jī)械分為八類,其中第一類機(jī)械壓力機(jī)包括曲柄壓力機(jī)的主要類型,此外,在第三類線材成型自動(dòng)機(jī)、第五類鍛機(jī)、第六類剪切機(jī)和第七類彎曲校正機(jī)中都包括有曲柄壓力機(jī)。近年來,曲柄壓力機(jī)正向著高速度的高精度的方向發(fā)展,并努力降低噪音,提高安全性,擴(kuò)大自動(dòng)化程度,改善勞動(dòng)條件。再加,在日用品及家用電器生產(chǎn)中,如果不采用高速?zèng)_壓自動(dòng)機(jī),產(chǎn)品的成本與質(zhì)量在國際市場上將失去競爭力。大大提高了生產(chǎn)率,并節(jié)約了原材料。它在機(jī)械制造工業(yè)以及其他工業(yè)的鍛壓生產(chǎn)中作用越來越顯著。用曲柄壓力機(jī)可以進(jìn)行沖壓和模鍛等工藝生產(chǎn),它廣泛用于汽車、農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械、電器儀表、國防工業(yè)以及日用品等公益生產(chǎn)部門。雖然采用鍛壓機(jī)械進(jìn)行鍛壓生產(chǎn)只有百余年的歷史,但鍛壓機(jī)械在整個(gè)金屬加工設(shè)備生產(chǎn)中占 1830%,金額占 2040%。因此,有效的利用現(xiàn)在的鍛壓設(shè)備和設(shè)計(jì)性能優(yōu)越的鍛壓設(shè)備是必然的[11]。 at last, economy estimation.In this paper, the design mainly consists of some parts: crank slide mechanism, gear deriving system, clutch and detent, electromotor and flywheel, supporting and appertain equipment.The design program used the new parts type and arrangement. The machine works by the control of the frictional clutch and detent. Electromotor drives the link screw to fit the diffent height of die. Using fourside regulative guider, improves the precision of the punching machine. and so is crank fe and press machine that is most important in fe and press machine.Crank press machine uses crank slide block mechanism as working mechanism,machine driving system passes the movement and energy of electromotor to working mechanism, bringing fe to the die by slide block,in order to let roughcast engender transmutation.In this paper,the subject is the J31250 closedsingle punching machine,it is designed in accordance with the related machine now and designed the working system of 2500KN punching design has been done through three steps: firstly,draw up total transmission。用電動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)連桿的長度來達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)裝模高度的目的,以適應(yīng)不同高度的模具。 本次設(shè)計(jì)方案均采用同類設(shè)計(jì)中最新的零件類型及布置方式。設(shè)計(jì)分三步進(jìn)行:首先,擬定總傳動(dòng)方案;其次,設(shè)計(jì)主要零部件;最后,進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)評估。
