The design includes determination of the distillation process, optimal reflux ratio through economic accounting, calculation of the distillation column size and selection of auxiliary equipment. The BenzeneToluene solution is aideal physical system. The minimum reflux ratio was mapping method. The theoretical plate number was 14, the efficiency of the rectifying section is52%, the actual plate number was 27, of which the rectifying section 10 and the stripping section 17, the feeding location is the11th plate.
