PLC的舞臺(tái)燈光控制系統(tǒng)及組態(tài)監(jiān)控設(shè)計(jì)Design of Stage Lighting Control System Based On PLCand Configuration ControlABSTRACTAlong with the modern industrial control field equipment information technology unceasing renewal, the programmable logic controller (PLC) because of its stability is very reliable in modern industrial equipment in the field of control has been widely used, but also produce important influence on technological transformation of traditional industries. And programmable logic control system is designed for equipment in modern industry control field and the research and development of digital electronic puting operating system, the system of electric power and electronic technology, automatic control technology and PLC control technology, using a memory has special memory function, then the internal logic operation and control, timing, arithmetic and through the data input and output channels of direct control for various types of industrial control devices and their production process. Through the configuration monitoring software for realtime simulation on the operation of the PLC control system, is a major means of design and test of the PLC control system.This paper uses Mitsubishi PLC simulation software, realtime data simulation of PLC control software system for stage lighting, and on the basis of the monitoring platform software to simulate the operation site configuration interface of the control system, the inspection to realize performance optimization and stability of stage lighting control system.This paper position diagram and wiring diagram in the system introduces stage lighting PLC control system, using the programming and simulation software PLC of Mitsubishi, realtime data analysis and Simulation of stage lighting control system, field data will then be obtained through the OPC service protocol software data channel transmission to the supervisory configuration platform. The database of configuration Software, then transmits the acquired data to the static interface equipment monitoring, realtime simulation of operation to achieve the stage lighting and design of the control system performance test.
