【正文】 鋼筋Φ22Kg25785Φ2012101Φ1648623Φ1226259波紋管φ內(nèi)＝100mmm1121錨具OVM1519套28鋼絞線Kg23448支座GJZF4400650107塊6GYZ9002079施工總體思路現(xiàn)澆梁施工采用滿堂鋼管支架；底模側(cè)模采用鏡面竹夾板，內(nèi)模采用普通竹夾板；混凝土集中拌和，砼罐車運(yùn)至現(xiàn)場，砼輸送泵泵入模內(nèi)；先澆注底板和腹板下梗肋，再澆注腹板、頂板；接縫按規(guī)范要求鑿毛，并且在沖洗干凈后方可進(jìn)行后續(xù)施工，張拉采用雙向?qū)ΨQ一次性張拉?，F(xiàn)澆箱梁施工工藝見“現(xiàn)澆連續(xù)箱梁施工工藝流程圖”，施工要點(diǎn)如下：（一）地基處理平整橋下場地，用壓路機(jī)將基底碾壓密實(shí)，使其密實(shí)度滿足設(shè)計要求，支架基礎(chǔ)采用22cm厚木枕基礎(chǔ)，按支架立桿間距布置，同時注意做好場地四周的排水系統(tǒng)，防止基底積水。腳手架加長連接采用雙向錯接，用兩排以上的扣件相連以保證搭接不發(fā)生滑移。水平橫桿按照120cm豎向布置，縱向每4m在橫斷面設(shè)連續(xù)剪力撐，兩側(cè)面及端面分別設(shè)置剪力撐，與水平桿成450夾角。詳見圖“滿堂支架現(xiàn)澆連續(xù)箱梁支架示意圖”。預(yù)壓時從第3跨開始，逐次向1跨進(jìn)行。用全站儀觀測支架的沉降量、塑性變形、彈性變形。加載后每天觀測一次。根據(jù)加載前和卸載后的標(biāo)高計算支架包括地基的彈性變形，并以此設(shè)置預(yù)拱度。主筋采用雙面搭接焊，若只能在梁上焊接的，采用單面焊，焊縫長度≥10d。鋼筋安裝時，接頭應(yīng)盡量錯開，同排鋼筋接頭數(shù)量符合規(guī)范要求，同時在跨中部位及墩頂盡可能不布置接頭。先安裝橫梁鋼筋，再安裝縱梁鋼筋及底板鋼筋網(wǎng)。鋼筋安裝完畢經(jīng)檢查確認(rèn)無誤后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行必要的加固，防止在砼澆注過程中變形或出現(xiàn)露筋現(xiàn)象。（五）模板底模及邊模采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鏡面竹夾板，厚度12mm，；內(nèi)模用普通竹夾板配以木模；端模用定型鋼模板，封端模板用大塊組合鋼?；蛑駣A板。底模下橫木間距不超過20cm，以保證底模不致因為受壓和澆注混凝土?xí)r吸濕軟化下?lián)献冃?，在每塊模板的中部及兩端各墊以100*50mm方木，以便將模板以鐵釘固定連接，模板縫用（環(huán)氧樹脂+乙二胺+水）拌和物填實(shí)抹平，確保不錯臺不漏漿。支座處的模板采用模板開孔的方式布設(shè)模板。組拼加固方案見下圖。內(nèi)模加固采用鋼管組成骨架，頂住墊木，腹板內(nèi)用Ф25鋼筋進(jìn)行內(nèi)撐。（六）波紋管及鋼鉸線加工、安裝波紋管的長度一般加工成10~20m一節(jié)，同時還應(yīng)加工長30cm、直徑比波紋管長5mm的套管，用于波紋管的連接，接頭處用膠帶把接頭纏牢，防止水泥漿進(jìn)入堵塞孔道。切割時用扎絲綁住兩側(cè)，然后用切割機(jī)切割，任何時候嚴(yán)禁用電焊或氣割切斷鋼鉸線。鋼鉸線穿好后，要仔細(xì)檢查波紋管，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有裂口或小洞，先用海綿堵住，再用膠帶纏牢。采用泵送砼，由4墩向0臺方向澆注。準(zhǔn)備工作主要從以下幾個方面進(jìn)行檢查：原材料：用于本工程的原材料必須按技術(shù)規(guī)范的要求進(jìn)行抽查，不合格的材料不能進(jìn)場。箱梁底板砼281m3，頂板及腹板砼436m3，按此方量根據(jù)配合比備足水泥、砂、碎石及外加劑。此外還應(yīng)對備用機(jī)械、振搗設(shè)備等進(jìn)行全面的檢查，確保滿足需要。模板的檢查：檢查模板是否具有足夠的強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性；檢查接縫是否漏漿，大面是否平整，有無錯臺現(xiàn)象；對于用于腹板的模板，要嚴(yán)格檢查尺寸以及牢固狀況，防止變形、跑模影響質(zhì)量。預(yù)埋件再進(jìn)行一次全面檢查，有無錯位、漏埋現(xiàn)象。天窗位置留在每一個箱室的1/4位置處，并且將每垮的三個天窗錯開分布。Opinions and suggestions on the party39。s mass line educational practice activity in the city39。s mass line educational practice activities from 20** in January to 99 months, carried out at all levels of departments and directly affiliated institutions and grassroots party organizations.
