【正文】 運動，使底層柱子和墻突然增加很大的動荷載，疊加建筑物上部的自重壓 力，若超出底層柱、墻的承載能力，柱、墻就會垮掉。確實，由于建筑物依附在地球表面，建筑物受地震破壞的方式主要受地震波的傳播方式影響。 根據(jù)我國的具體情況，在今后一定時期內(nèi)，砌體結(jié)構(gòu)仍將是城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)中的主要結(jié)構(gòu)形式，因此研究提高砌體結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能具有十分現(xiàn)實的意義。尤其是在地震烈度不高時，砌體房屋仍能不同程度的抵抗地震的破壞。（比如，在唐山大地震中，位于烈度 6～ 7 度區(qū)中的磚混結(jié)構(gòu)，僅 10％～ 15％有不同程度的破壞，而絕大部分基本完好）。據(jù)對唐山烈度為 10度及 11度區(qū)的 123幢 2～3 層的磚混結(jié)構(gòu)房屋的調(diào)查，倒塌率為 ％，嚴重破壞者 為 ％，尚可修復(fù)使用的僅占 ％，實際破壞率達 ％。 1923 年日本東京大地震， 7000 多幢磚結(jié)構(gòu)房屋中，大部分遭到嚴重破壞，其中僅 1000 余幢平房可修復(fù)使用。特別是未經(jīng)合理抗震設(shè)計的多層砌體房屋在地震中的震害更為嚴重。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，砌體結(jié)構(gòu)在整個建筑工程中占 80％以上，在民用住宅建筑中約占 90％以上。承重的多孔磚具有減輕自重，提高保溫性能，節(jié)約良田等優(yōu)點，也有了推廣使用價值，而且逐步可取代磚砌體。墻體材料以往采用普通粘土磚，它是一種很大的浪費，燒制粘土磚吃掉了大量的耕田，資源的浪費 十分可惜。 關(guān)鍵詞： 多層砌體房屋 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 常見問題 3 The theory of multistory masonry structure buildings aseismic design Abstracts Multistory masonry structure is used in multistory buildings often multistorey masonry structure because of the source of the building materials widely, which is easy to be drawn, easy production and construction, and low price pared to other structures, good fire resistance, heat resistance, sound insulation and durability, which has been widely used in the construction of the building.
